I ordered the supreme personal size pizza. Perfect size for one. It was good, I enjoyed it. The branch I went to in west minister hwy in Richmond is quite old. I was hoping to dine in and changed my mind when I saw the inside.

Ever since covid this place appeared to be in a weird spot financially. half the restaurant was being used as storage, and the entire restaurant appeared to have been falling apart. A few years ago i even saw a pile of trash on the floor and an employee emptying their pockets onto it… great food though, it’s a real shame it’s closed now. I fear that it’ll never reopen

Ordered chicken supreme just the individual size. Overall rating for me is 4. Just enough to satisfy my cravings. This is where i go to because it’s close to where i Lived. I also tried their cheesy pull aparts. A bit salty for my taste and not too cheesy. Well that’s for my taste buds only. But staff are friendly that’s why i gave them 4 stars

Person who took my order (did not get their name) was very lively, unlike some other places who are monotoned. There was a good deal & they told me how it is better to get because of the better price. The pizza was alright, it did not taste the best. It did not have a strong taste as other pizza places. There is a lot of cheese, but there was not that cheesey taste like some pizza places that has that cheesey wonderful taste.

We received two pizzas that were not fully cooked in the middle. People started eating and realized the pizza was raw as the pieces were gooey and chewy. We called to notify the store and they told us to come back with the pizzas and they would replace them. We originally picked up the pizza and we had guests over so we didn’t want to leave. I asked for a credit instead and the manager, Geenas, told me they couldn’t give me another credit as they gave me a credit last time.
The reason for the credit last time was because they forgot to give us the Caesar salad with our order.
We have been coming to the Pizza Hut for many years but it seems as though the service and quality has been going downhill.

Convenient Pizza Hut in Richmond. The dining area is currently closed and there is takeout and delivery only. Limit of five customers in the waiting checkout area. Clean inside. Typical Pizza Hut pizza and sides. A bit on the oily side, but that’s why it’s good.

It’s close to my house so we go 2-3 times a month. Dine in is still closed but take out and delivery. Pizza is great, lots of parking spots at good location.
Unfortunately no customer service and no time management.

Ridiculous service and ignorant staff!!! They always mess up your orders even very simple and basic order of wings n pizza (this is not the first time). I asked for a butter chicken pizza and got a cheese slab that looks and tastes disgusting. Like even I can feel that it was not cooked properly. Also the wings had little sauce and were so soggy!! I called their customer service and this is what they said literally “we can’t reach the store you ordered from so can you please keep calling them until they pick up”. Like is this my job? I mean it’s beyond ridiculous the kind of service being provided by such a large organization. If you are planning to pickup something from here – double check EVERYTHING at the counter so you can deal with them right there and if you are getting it delivered than may GOD BLESS YOU!

Shared a Hawaiian pizza with friends. For a pizza hut pizza it was pretty good. The service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and well laid out. I used to go to this location in the early eighties. If the ownership is going to continue operating this location it could do with an upgrade. Given its location I am guessing this will one day be the sight of a new condominium. There is free parking on-site. Nice place to go for a quick bite to eat.
