I ordered in the McDonald’s app then went to this location to pick up my order. I made a special stop on my way to work. I walked up to the counter where mobile orders should be, but there was no order. Workers were walking around but no one helped me. I looked back at the app and it says ‘sorry, we had to cancel your order and you’ll be refunded soon.’ No further explanation. No one to help me. No one at the register to ask. I doubt I’ll be ordering McDonald’s again. A very poorly run restaurant.

This is the best McDonalds in JoCo! This team is a well-oiled machine. I frequent this location the most and have never gotten anything wrong in my order and have always gotten quick, excellent service.

Food was wrong…3 times. How can you make a cheeseburger minus the meat incorrectly THREE times? Just leave off the meat and put everything else on it. There was one car in the drive thru. We went inside to pickup our mobile app order. There were 2 other families there. We waited over 25 minutes for food the first time. It took 3 more attempts to get the cheeseburger with everything except the meat. There were NO CLEAN TABLES! Very sad.

Fast food, drive thru, quick, easy, and in the area. This location has been renovated several times over the years. The current interior design is very modern and has very nice seating. Some seating is able to be moved to better accommodate everyone. It is very spacious, however; this also contributes to the noise level as the sound bounces around. The kiosks are a very modern touch and actually make ordering easy as long as you pay with anything other than cash. They do bring the food to your table, which is a nice touch for a fast food place. Most McDonald’s do not have this as a service, so it is kind of a nice touch at this location. This location is also a McCafe so they have free wifi and the specialty coffee items available. Sometimes, there are people who are on their laptops working from this location. There is a double lane drive thru that uses automated ordering using a virtual voice.

I want to rate this a 0 but i cannot, the lady was so rude to me and the man. They asked me where did I order my food and I told them at the big screen but then they decided to make a big scene out of it just because the machine did not give me a receipt she needs to be fired.

My girlfriend ordered a melted cheese jalapeno quarter pounder and the (liquid cheese) was ice cold and hard. Asked for a new one and the second one had the exact same issue so I left.

Stopped in Sunday evening the staff was very polite and efficient. Our food was fresh and hot. My my little guy likes the kiosk. The manager here runs a great unit and it’s very clean! Bonus we were able to catch the end of the Chiefs game on their big screen tv!
