Such a clean, brite and cute atmosphere with kind service and insanely good burgers. The cheese curds were a cool side. This is my second visit and I asked for a lettuce wrapped steak house burger and was delighted with every bite. The little fried onions were the best touch.
Every thing is so fresh and feels nostalgic as well. I currently recommend the strawberry hibiscus lemonade!

Absolutely loved my visit to Wayback Burgers in Allen! The place is super clean and welcoming. The Cajun burger had the perfect kick of flavor, and the cheesesteak was packed and delicious. Staff was really friendly and service was quick. Easily one of my new go-to spots in Allen!

Ordered chicken tenders using DoorDash. The food got here and the chicken tenders are burnt and extremely greasy like they just pulled the out the oil and boxed them without draining. Additionally it’s not even a full order. They gave me broken bits of chicken that may add up to 2 and a half pieces when it’s supposed to be a 4 piece. I would not have even left this review but they’re not even answering the phone. This is ridiculous.

Met a former coworker for lunch at the Allen location. She’d been to the Frisco location before. The smashburgers were delicious – I got the classic. We each got fries and a drink. Two people can definitely split the fries!

Burgers done right!
My son says he gives this 5 stars so guess that’s what I did. Local owned love it. You can see them cooking your food thru the window and I love that. Floors were a little greasy so watch your step but over all coming back to this joint.

The food was good. We got a kids meal cheeseburger and buffalo chicken tenders.
The service was a little slow considering there was only one other group in the restaurant, but the staff was attentive and kind.
The atmosphere was okay but it was dark despite it being 11:30. Half the lights were not working and the fixtures were visibly dusty. The floor in the dining room was slippery and greasy. They need to use fresh, hot mop water with a degreaser instead of using the same dirty mop water as the kitchen.

Some of the very best burgers I have ever had. Fresh, unique yummy sauces. My entire family loves this place and my kids are picky. The burgers are so incredibly well made and you can just tell quality. Friendly service. Random but I also like how the menu for the extra sauces and toppings you can request is right on the counter so you can easily see it. Some places those things are up very high or harder to read. This is our favorite burger restaurants and we WILL be back!!!!!!

I would have provided a picture of my food, but it was devoured so fast that it did not make the snap! The burger was delicious and the Wayback team was very welcoming. I cannot wait to go back and try some of their other items. I am so happy to have more options in Allen. Thank you Wayback Burgers!
