I travel for work, and I’ve ate at a few Dairy Queens, in different cities/states. I must say, this is by far the best location. Portions, on point! Customer service, excellent! Prices, very reasonable! I’ve actually witnessed an ice cream cake being made, which I’ve never witnessed in any Dairy Queen! (It’s usually already in the freezer.) “These beautiful ladies at work! Making it happen!”

Outside seating at this DQ. Think old school. I don’t think this establishment has changed in 40 years. Kids running around with soccer or baseball uniforms on. Large lines that move just fast enough. Cool treat’s that make it worth the wait.

Workers scammed us out of 11 dollars in change. We proceeded to go back in the store and tell them we only received coins and not bills back. We had paid with a 20 and the total was 9.17. The girl cashing us out put it in as a 10 and the shift manager (i’m assuming) basically told us we were lying and said there was nothing she could do since it was so many customers ago… only 2 people had checked out after us. I do not appreciate being told I am lying to scam the store out of 11 dollars lol. Never coming to this location again.

It’s like every other Diary Queen around with the exception that there is no eat in options. There are a few picnic tables and benches outside. It’s a small town type of Diary Queen, which is perfect for Miamisburg. Everyone is always very nice and it doesn’t take long to order.

I got a hot fudge brownie which I was told the brownies were heated up (because I specifically asked about it) and was told it was only brownies, ice cream and hot fudge… I paid extra for Carmel drizzle and they added whip cream and no Carmel to it.. When I realized the brownies weren’t heated and extras were added THAT WERENT TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE ON THERE and what I paid extra for wasn’t on it, I called and said something due to the fact I had already left. The girl was RUDE as can be on the phone, tried to argue with me about what I ordered then said it was my problem and hung up on me! Never once did they offer for me to come back and it be fixed or my money back or anything along the lines and didn’t even care the slightest bit that they served the wrong item to me! This place needs new employees that aren’t disrespectful and trust me I WONT ever spend another dime at this place all due to the disrespect that came from them. I guess that’s what happens when they have kids running around the place.. very sad!

This is my favorite dairy queen, everyone is always friendly and professional. The only issue I have is that if you pay with a card, you cannot tip the servers. So make sure to bring a few bucks if you want to tip the great service
