Very authentic Mexican food at a great price. The tortas are my favorite. If you’re adventurous, try the lengua (tongue). If not, the chicken, pastor and steak are all the bomb. There is zero atmosphere – it’s a gas station, so maybe take it home or to a park to eat.

Save your money and don’t buy tacos here, they gave me these miniature tacos and the meat wasn’t even what I asked for. I ordered de asada. Does this look to be asada or mush?
$3 for a taco??! I only bit 1/4 off in the pic.
This is the comparison to my hand and I have small hands.
Go to Cabritos in Gambrills instead, they will double the tortilla for all the meat that’s in it and that will fall out. They’ll even give you lime. Don’t let those high ratings on the tacos from other people fool you, it seems they don’t know what good tacos look and taste like. Odenton area doesn’t have a lot of good taco places. Now idk about their other items on the menu but just alone the tacos made me never want to buy there again.
Estos tacos de aqui no valen la pena comprar por $3 cada uno.

While initially surprised to find the taqueria located within a gas station, I decided to give it a try and ordered a chicken quesadilla. I was pleasantly impressed by the generous portion and the food quality—it was perfect! I recommend stopping by this location if you’re in the mood for some tasty and satisfying eats.

This incident occurred on 9/15/2024 and 9/16/2024.

I was in town visiting a family member and I am always searching for a great taqueria. Based on the reviews I came here. I had 2 problems. Customer service is the biggest issue and the food was below average at best.

I ordered a pupusa, quesa birria, pastor tacos and carne asada. The birria only comes with consume if you order 3. My cousin actually ordered and the consume looked like a clear broth. Definitely not what I am used too. The al pastor really didn’t have much of a taste. The carne asada taco was literally Philly cheese steak style chopped shaved meat. There was no seasoning or flavor. The only thing that was good was the birria taco. I would have rated the birria a 4/5 because mine did not come with consume because I only ordered one. The carne asada a 1/5 and the al pastor taco 2/5.

Now when I got to my cousins home, I noticed my pupusa was missing. When the cashier handed my food, she said ‘listo’ and the bag was tied in a knot. Of course I think all my food is there. I called to say that my pupusa was missing. I asked for the refund because 1. I don’t live in Maryland and 2. It would inconvenience someone else to have to bring me back. It takes time and gas. I was denied a refund over the phone even though I paid with my card. I was told if I went in, I would be given my pupusa which was $3.

On principle, I decided I would go back because I paid for food I didn’t receive. Why should they keep my money? For the time I had to take away from work, gas that needed to be used, I requested that I receive a refund and the pupusas as fair compensation for the mistake on their part.

I am a native English speaker. My husband speaks Spanish and so I have some proficiency, but I can communicate better in my own language. The women while nice, didn’t seem concerned at all with the fact that I was upset. They called a male over from the gas station side because they said he spoke English and when I was telling him I felt entitled to a refund, HE SHOOK HIS HEAD NO!! Like how do you tell me I cannot get my money back?????? Not once did I hear him speak in English.

So in Spanish I had to communicate to let them know I felt the customer service was terrible because it was my only option. The lady said I wasn’t at fault but neither was the cashier who forgot to give me my food. I’m not sure how she wasn’t at fault when she didn’t give me my food or the refund when I requested it over the phone. So then I requested at least for more than 1 pupusa since they refused to return my money. I paid for one but they should be offering something to make up for my time and gas. She said they can add a free pupusa to which I accepted but I really disagreed with the fact that they were not willing on their own to make things right.

The male cashier says in Spanish, just give her the money. So just that easily, they go to give me cash but I still wanted the pupusa. I am astounded at the lack of care they have for customers. The fact that I had to go through all of this in another language I am not fluent in made it even worse. I want to add, I can speak Spanish but as it’s my second language, I prefer English for complicated matters.

They did give me the 2 pupusas. I gave them to my husband when I left MD and I can update this review based on how he liked those. The pupusas did look good but I was so stressed out by the time I left, I didn’t even want them.

I do not recommend No Pica Taqueria.

The best tripa tacos I have had in a while!!!!!! The first time I had them, I ate them three times in one week. That’s how good they are. The lengua/tongue is amazing as well, however it is chopped and not shredded like most prefer. Great birria as well, you can’t go wrong. You may have to use a translator but that’s how you know it’s damn good!!!!!!!

Food was ehh but I was fine till that night when my card stated my amount was updated to add a tip. I never tipped. It was only $3 but it’s the principle. So you go here, get a copy of your receipt and if you don’t want to tip, write the total cause they will tip for themselves. I went back today and restaurant was closed and the man on the store side said it was probably “taxes”. Like be fr!

We’ve been hoping for a good, authentic Mexican spot in Odenton. The options currently available in the area are overpriced and not authentic. I saw the new sign at the gas station driving by today and I had to try it. It didn’t disappoint! Tacos were authentic and the torta was also good! We’ll definitely be making this a regular stop!

Never again. Today 9/16/2025 I ordered food for me and my wife. We were very hangry. But when I arrived lady at the restaurant told me my food was given to someone else because I arrived too late.

Timeline. Order was placed at 3:15 pm , time to prepare the food was going to take 25 min , as I was told. Arrived at restaurant at 4pm. It was not even 20 min. Never again my friend. I am still hangry as I am writing this message.

One of the reviews said the breakfast burrito here is delicious. They gave me something that didn’t even have eggs, and the chicken inside it was not even seasoned. I couldn’t even tell that I was eating chicken at all. Probably the worst burrito I’ve ever had.
