While the food is good, this location’s service leaves much to be desired. I used to frequent their Centreville location and always received excellent service, but this place has a lot to learn.
Apparently, they have an alarm that sounds if a customer stays “too long.” Immediately after the alarm went off, the waitress approached my table to ask if I wanted to order something else—despite the fact that I still had food on my plate and a drink in my hand.
I made a joke, asking if the alarm was for me, and she simply laughed it off. The restaurant was nearly empty, with the only other patrons being a few workers who had come in for a meal.
After this uncomfortable interaction, I asked for the check, which she brought over instantly. While the food is tasty, just be aware that you can’t linger without continuing to order more.
The only thing that prevented me from giving a one-star service rating was the server who brought my drink. He was the same person who had waited on me at the Centreville location; he recognized me and was as pleasant and kind as he’d been before.

Amazing!! Hot and fresh to order. We got the garlic soy tenders which had some spice that was not overpowering at all. If you can’t handle the heat, get the radish on the side to help cut it! Got the “Snow” onions on the side as well and really enjoyed it with the chicken. Can’t wait to come back

This place is one of the best Korean fried chicken around the area. Our favorite flavors are curry and honey lemon. The quality of the chicken is also the best compared to bonchon. I highly recommend giving this place a try. The corn cheese and monster cheese fries are amazing. The korean cheese power/snow cheese is incredible. If you get anything, you need to give that a try! The service has never disappointed us. The server is always very attentive.

The bburinkle style cheese monster chicken wings were what I came for and they didn’t disappoint. So delicious! I also tried the soy garlic, both were phenomenal. The chicken is crispy and tastes authentic, and the lady that served me was very sweet. I’ll be coming back.
