This place is very unprofessional I waited 1 hour past my pick up time for my food everyone in the back looked lost and seemed to be making no progress… Cool I just asked for a refund. The girl at the register states the manager had to do it so she called the manager up who failed to make eye contact she just stared down at the screen and proceeded to say she couldn’t give me one at the time since it was an online order and to call in tomorrow. I would of showed up the next day but I live in West Palm Beach so I ended up calling to he put on hold for 40+ minutes then the phone ran busy and it seems to be a trend every time I tried contacting the store. Poor service

It’s best to avoid this one. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Felt completely invisible when I walked in. No “hello” just employees laughing and joking amongst themselves. Shameful really. Also the wings are mid. Check out Dumpling King and Fat boys wings and tings for better wings in the area

The fries used to be the best. I can go to Wendy’s and get the same nasty fries. The wings used to be well seasoned not anymore. Prices almost double and no freshness or quality. I placed a order online. Showed up 5 minutes later already bagged. Fries were Cold. Like really cold and definitely not fresh cut. Wings were burnt and barely any seasoning. How did you do that in 5 minutes? I don’t know if Mike still owns this location I used to fox your AC and Refrigeration. Your locations were my go to. I’m done with wingstop just overpriced and Nasty now.

Something has changed, I had the worst wings ever this time, ordered online for a specific time, I got there right on time, my name wasn’t in the board, they found my order and the food was cold and they didn’t give me the corn. When I called to let them know, they offered a .56 cent refund, but the cost of the order was 10.00 more with the corn included in the meal. Very bad experience and the wings tasted like metal, they were very small, dry but had soft skin and no flavor!

I ordered a wing combo on Uber Eats and when I received my order, my fries were literally just crumbs. I feel like when you order through these apps the restaurant do not take these orders seriously and they give you leftovers and that’s not fair. To top it off just noticed a hair on my cup.

Order stated 13-18 minutes
Ordered at 7:10 and didn’t not get order until 7:55 . We waiting over double the time but even after waiting soooo long the food was cold !! All of it !! The wings and the fries! It makes no sense. You’d think that at least after waiting so long the food would have just came out!
It seems they just didn’t care enough to notice an order sitting somewhere in the back an extra 28 minutes!

The manager here is top tier and professional, i called and told her the food wasnt good and she had no problem redoing it and she went over and beyond to make sure i was happy and got what i wanted .. and i’ve never had an issue with them but that one time with the food but other then that food is alway fresh and good..

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop. Not only did they completely mess up my order — undercooked items and incorrect flavors — but when I reached out to have it fixed, they made no effort to make things right. No apology, no refund, no replacement. Overall, just a dismissive customer service from someone who claimed to be the manager; although I heard them speaking to someone else in the background for help on how to deal with the situation.
