Just left this location around 9 30 pm, white kid with long hair working tortilla looked like he hadn’t showered in days. Proteins and fajitas were all mostly empty and old looking, tortilla guy was being so skimpy with his portions that multiple people in a row complained. I never complain paying for double but double of his portions wouldn’t have even amounted to a single standard serving. Whole staff looked like they were angry to have customers like they weren’t an hour and a half from closing still. First bad experience I’ve had at this location but if the grimy kid with the nasty hair and no hair net is working I’ll walk right back out every time.

Met my mom here for lunch. Tried their carne asada bowl with a side of chips and an agua fresca. I took no pix (sorry!) But the food was delish. The agua fresca I tried with turmeric was very nummy and nicely balanced. I could taste the turmeric, but it was not overwhelming. It was a perfect touch. Mom said if I hadn’t told her it was in it (good for inflammation), she wouldn’t have known.
We had a great time just sitting and chatting for over an hour. The noise levels varied, but never got out of control. The might have set up some panels to help with that coz I’ve been in some restaurants where talking was not an option. I have an auditory processing problem and she has hearing aids, so… very happy we could hear eachother to talk and felt the freedom to do that coz that’s what we met up to do!
I’d come again!
It was also a relief to be out of the cold. It is a blustery, spitting fall day! The warmth of the food is still warming me 20 minutes later.

I placed an order for pickup and while I was waiting for it inside, the brothers of the girl making the order showed up asking for food. She provided them with free chips and guac then when she handed me my order she said they only had one of the two bags of chips (because her brothers were eating the other one) and asked me if that was okay. I said we paid for two and she said I would have to call an 800 number. I looked over at her brothers eating the chips and then she offered to give me kid size chips, which I accepted. The chimichuri sauce was only half full which another gentleman working would not fill up, stating it’s a measured amount, filled in the morning and that I’d have to pay for another (I guess because I don’t have a sister working there?). The quality of the food was good; however, there was about a teaspoon of meat on the burritos. Cheese and sauce were tipped on the side in the bag, leaking. No care in what they do. Haven’t had chipotle in a while and this reminded me why.

EDIT 4/2/25 Complete incompetence! They are serving brown burnt chips and somehow even dark brown burnt queso! They employees had to realize the chips and the queso were brown yet they served it anyways. We got home and opened it only to realize they are inedible.
EDIT: on the evening of 12/30/2022, I waited 37 minutes past when my order for just two burrito bowls and a bag of chips was supposed to be ready for pickup. I stood there and watched for a half hour as a bunch of teenagers ran the place. No sign of any kind of management or direction. Most of them were busting their butts and it wasn’t their fault.
Original review: Employees are generally friendly, food quality is about average for a Chipotle. Dining room and soda fountain area often could use some attention, but isn’t dirty. The worst part is the wait for online orders. You may as well plan on your order not being ready for at least 15 or 20 minutes after the promised time. This has consistently been our experience over the past 6 months and 10+ visits.

Only 1 guy working his tail off making counter orders. 3 people in back of restaurant casually prepping food or orders not in the lobby. Or just casually walking around. And a woman on takeout order prep. Sad with all these people and little service to be had for lobby clients. At least 5 deep the whole time I waited. Almost walked out twice.

Don’t waste your time or money and DONT go to another chipotle!!! This is the BEST branch in Parma and Cleveland area. Always have the best taste of chicken, they are clean and professional. They prepare your order really fast!! Highly recommend to put this chipotle on your favorite list!!

I ordered a chicken quesadilla, guac, a chicken bowl online and went to pick it up. When I got home and opened the container, I was in complete shock in what I received. The quesadilla was not even grilled, it was missing the fajitas, and sour cream. It just looked totally disgusting. The chicken bowl was missing toppings and barely had any chicken. The guac was chunky with no flavor. This is absolutely the worst meal I have ever experienced from chipotle. How disrespectful to serve this to someone. I will never be back to this location. This location definitely needs to be held accountable. Trying to contact customer support for assistance was a complete nightmare. My issue still remains unsolved! I’ve included photos with this review to show how disgusting everything truthfully was!

Unsure what’s wrong with these teenagers, they all look like they hate their jobs (except the cashier) thanks for the free burrito (had to call corporate and send them videos of my burrito from top to bottom and receipt to show you put literally A PINCH of meat in there) you charged me $10.20 for a barbicoa burrito full of rice and lettuce, I was in such a good mood and I don’t like making workers feel uncomfortable staring them down. I didn’t watch her make my burrito but my bf did (unsure why he didn’t say anything) I just can’t come back to this location, being ripped off like this. You guys are raising the prices and giving less meat, is the company making you do this ??? Sigh…..
As a result of this little girl barely putting both guac ($2.50) and MEAT on my burrito I now get a free entre, hoping to choose a BETTER location next time !!
P.S quit your job if you hate it ?

I didn’t go, my bf did. Apparently you will be charged an extra $1.00 if you get tacos , two being the same meat and the third being a different meat (all meats chosen have the same exact price) …. I wish I saw my review years before to warn him today. Sorry.
