First-time visit and we had a great experience!
We ordered to-go and were impressed right from the start. The outdoor seating area is beautiful, and there’s also plenty of comfortable dining space inside.
The ordering, pickup, and wait time processes were smooth and well-organized. Service was friendly and efficient.
The food was delicious—my husband had the tomato soup, veggie sandwich, a chocolate croissant, and a cookie. Everything was fresh and flavorful.
It was a lovely day, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice clean store with a pleasant outdoor patio seating area available, Helpful and friendly staff. Tthe food is pretty good with an excellent selection and always seems to be very fresh and does not cause any digestive issues like a lot of restaurant food does. Food orders are always accurate and ready on time. The store has a convenient drive-thru as well. It’s located very close to downtown Canton which is a nice place to walk around.

I came through the drive-thru about 20 minutes before closing because my son wasn’t feeling well and we were late getting home. I fully expected to feel rushed, but instead I was met with exceptional service from a young lady at the window.
She was super cheerful, genuinely kind, and you could tell she really loves her job. (It’s clearly more than just a job to her.) She never made me feel like I was an inconvenience, handled everything professionally, and brought a level of care that really stood out.
Moments like this made a stressful evening so much easier. Her attitude and service were outstanding, and I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered an Asian chicken seseme salad and a green goddess salad, the Asian chicken came half full with no chicken and we only got one cup of goddess dressing.
I called and they said I could have a complimentary salad if I gave them my name, but then they did not.

Might as well be a homeless shelter (refer to photo). Having been customers for years this is just sad.
To start, service was wonderful, only have had one bad experience with a rude employee. Food came quick.
Food was a -10/10. How can a Caesar salad be screwed up? Even when we order warm food it is cold and doesn’t taste well at all. Overpriced hospital food.
The worst overall part is how absolutely dirty this place is. I’ve never seen such a dirty restaurant. We have been coming for years and every single time, we walk around forever trying to find at least one clean table. Not even that the floors overall are covered in food and crumbs. What is shocking is on the left side in front of where the food comes out is 3 tables are covered with ants. We have been coming for months and this still hasn’t been taken care of.
Doesn’t seem to be understaffed and management doesn’t seem to care at all about this place.

Nice new place and customer service was nice. They didn’t enforce masks despite what the sign said so I guess it’s up to you if that’s good or bad.
There was absolutely no plant based items except for smoothies and black coffee. I came here hoping for something more substantial and Ieft dissatisfied. When I asked about anything plant based I was offered eggs.
Still the vibe here was decent and the smoothie was good.

Meet my mom for lunch and usually it’s really good here, but it looked like maybe no one showed up for work today the trash cans were overflowing and the dishes were piled up and the bathrooms were very dirty… Shame because Panera is usually better than this.

Certainly a review could be written for the great price of two bagels, toasted, sliced with butter for only 4 bucks. However, the employee that assisted us was the true star… busy, busy… but smiled, didn’t lose composure — and of course was so good! Thank you!
