Wish I could give at least a 3 stars. But the service was right off the bat lacking. No one greets you. It was my first time at a Moe’s super excited to try what they offer but was turned off by lackluster service. There were more staff than customers, that should be a red flag. Staff didn’t ask what you like, they had a sign for Crispy Chili Chicken and I asked for a salad version which they didn’t seem to know what I meant when I had to repeatedly point to them the picture on their sign. The food bar didn’t seem fresh, not well stocked (chicken was pretty much scraped from the bottom of the container). Worse yet they serve their very salty almost inedible chips directly into the plastic grocery bag. Definitely not a Chipotle.

It hadn’t been been to a Moe’s in a while and I remembered when you walked in they used to all say “Welcome to Moe’s”. I walked into silence.( They weren’t busy, I was just ignored). The man making my burrito was rude even though I was trying to make this a pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean and the good was good but the customer service was horrible.

So I got into a argument with a group of friends/co-workers after a visit to Chipotle. The Chips and Price were the subject of our debate and during that exchange the topic of Moe’s came up as a better alternative, I’m happy to say it is. I am a big dude that loves his food and I swear up and down Chipotle measure/weighs and cuts back there chips on top of paying for it and I’m called crazy but I swear it’s way less than years ago. At Moe’s; they give you the chips with every order and a good amount where the Chip to Queso ratio is near perfect balance.
I know this is weird to go on about Chipotle half the review but I’m serious about my food portions (And Chips), it’s the few joy’s I get in life and good lord Moe’s came through for me and ended a argument with my friends.
I read other reviews. Slow service? No one greeting you? Chairs up? Who cares; go to Chipotle if you want that. This place is for eaters, folk that got to get back to work, don’t have time to play around and a place that gives you a decent amount of chips!!

Solid burrito and burrito bowl spot, I go here often. Their hard rock sauce on the salsa bar is ALWAYS problematic though. The bottle they put it in never pours correctly so, this time, it sprayed out of the bottle and splashed all over my clothes, my arm, my FITBIT, my hands and the counter.
I stopped using the salsa bar bottle and started asking for the sauce on the line when they’re making my food but they’re not allowed to do that anymore, according to them.
This is my only complaint at Moe’s, ever.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! MANAGERS SHOULD BE REPLACED!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! THEY DON’T SAY WELCOME TO MOES, LET ALONE A REGULAR GREETING WHEN YOU SAY HELLO. THE QUESADILLAS WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE SAUCE ON THE SIDE BUT IT WAS PUT ON IT AND THEY REFUSED TO REMAKE THE ORDER. PORTIONS ARE SOOOO SMALL BUT THE PRICE IS NOOOT!!!

Just ordered food as our family is sick and all my son wanted was Moe’s. We drove from Smithfield and brought the food home. Our orders were completely wrong, the rice is undercooked and hard and we are missing the salsa to go with the chips.

Food is wonderful, filling and priced well. I was there early, just after opening which is not typical of me. I noticed how dirty the food prep area was. Being there just after opening one would think no crumbs, shiny stainless steel, a fragrance of cleanliness. Not the case. Its difficult to get good help, and if you push policy too firmly, you’ll have fewer employees its a tough line to walk. I wonder if the city inspection office would approve their continued operations on this day.

My photo may not be appetizing but the food was great. The inside was really clean and tidy. The service was welcoming. I got tofu soft tacos with various veggies. Chips were included and there is a salsa bar. Everything tasted great. If you’re a vegan, this location is a good place to get a quick meal.

First time going into Moe’s today we had three ladies assist us but their customer service wasn’t the best they seemed annoyed nothing friendly about them, but the food was so good absolutely loved my burrito and the queso is delicious I’ll definitely be eating here again just hope they have a better day next time or just different people

It was amazing! I am vegan so it is hard to find good food. But I can eat here and still get all the calories I need as a Bodybuilder. The food is genuine and extremely fulfilling. Everything tasted excellent!
