Good afternoon for everybody Who works in Pojo topics for the first time I tried to make an order from that place and I wanted to order some rice chicken and sweet potato and I asked the lady that I want to deliver it but she said that she couldn’t deliver it to my home I gave my address and apartment number and I told her that I couldn’t go downstairs because I just had recently surgery and I couldn’t go the stairs so she refused to give me the service I don’t know why if you guys do special delivery why can you deliver to ring the bell and come couple stairs and deliver to that person it’s not that I didn’t want to go downstairs is that I couldn’t go downstairs because of my condition

Truth be told I was so excited to eat at this location. Once I got into the establishment, I Noticed people were speaking amongst themselves, when I ask someone for assistance a dark complected Hispanic woman became very disrespectful and rude. I assume I interrupted her private conversation. So the customer service is beyond horrific! The food was decent. I’ve had better in Jamaica Plain.! But seeing as I was treated like trash for mainly asking for assistance, I would never go back again!

Located in the most central Hispanic zone of Lawrence which isn’t an irony. I’m Dominican myself and all house food items are on point and seasoning is vivid and lively. If you want to go pure Dominican and have Hispanic food it’s not an introduction it is definitely what it is. I’ve grown up on the house food that is Dominican pueroticany vibes so it’s not crazy to me to eat this.
