First time here, didn’t order bagels, came during brunch time. We were welcome with a hello greeting which was nice, order or through the self check out, order was done in good timing, food tasted good. There was little interaction with the employees but the little that we had was good. Again, first time here. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

I ordered broccoli and cheese soup with a bread bowl and fruit cup. My drink was a sweet iced tea. I took one sip of the tea, and it was pure sugar. It was syrupy and thick. I’ve never had a tea so gross. And I love sweet tea! Then, I tried the bread bowl and soup. The soup itself was good, but it was tiny for $8. Insane price. And the bread bowl tasted like it wasn’t baked all the way. It was awful. I am home sick and really wanted some soup, and this is what I got. Yuck. So disappointing.

Where has customer service gone… this new generation has no sense of what it is. Staff was very rude, I had to return to the location bc I ask for bagels and they did not toast or cut in half. When I return for this they gave me burnt bagels. At this point I just threw them away. I will never going to this location again… sticking to my Fayetteville location.

This chain is constantly disappointing. They are always out of everything we try to order and a lot of times in the drive thru they charge you for items and then never put them in the bag. We also waited for over 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a piece of avocado toast. This use to be one of my favorite places but unfortunately, this will be my last visit.

Honey bless your heart. I asked for sweet tea and if that’s your sweet tea. That’s lacking sugar or flavor or sweetness to it. Work on your sweet tea cause that was not it or sweet.

I was picking up a large order. The staff was great the ensured everything was ready to go timely. I had a ln issue trying to carry every thing out to the car because the handle of their bags kept breaking (no fault of theirs). They put the order in one of the bags they use for catering to ensure I got everything where it needed to go without fear the bag would rip. I appreciated their kindness and attention to detail.
