Just had the worst service I have ever had at firehouse. I ordered the tuna sandwich as I have heard it was really good. I got the sandwich and the first bite I thought it was very underwhelming. After a couple more bites I realize the sandwich tastes sour and odd. I have had many other sandwiches and they are normally really good. I took the sandwich back to see what we could do since I was did not want to finish that sandwich. The “manager” stated that to many bites were missing for them to do anything. “Only ONE bite can be missing for a refund.” I used to get Firehouse for all my staff meetings as they are close by and would recommend them everyone but will definitely be taking my business to Jersey Mikes down the road. I definitely did not appreciate the way this situation was handled.

Always fresh and warm, taste and quality is consistent, service is always friendly and smiling. Hands down best sub you can buy, The Hook and Ladder is my go to sub. Medium is filling, but the large has more goodness to eat.

Let me start off by saying, the food was great regardless of the service. We ordered online and walked up to the online pick up counter. SIX employees stood in front of us and not a single one acknowledged us. Keep in mind some were just standing around. I’d count the manager as #7 but he was sitting on a stool between FOH/BOH the entire time. After realizing we were being ignored, even though we were looking at our to-go bag, we got in line (the entire point of online pickup is avoiding the line) Aidan at checkout was very helpful, he tried explaining where to pick up. I told him we did and were not acknowledged, he helped, problem solved. But we noticed as we ate our food that NO one else was treated this way, coming and going. Other customers came for online orders and were immediately greeted / helped by the same women who pretended we didn’t exist. Just really disappointing, I’ve never been to a firehouse with THIS many employees, let alone this many rude / unhelpful ones. Shout out to Aidan for acting like a human being

Friendly staff and fast service . I would choose them over subway anyway of the week. 6 tables and bar seating along the window outside tables as well if the eeathrr is nice. TV with some shows playing for ambient sounds while you enjoy the most consistent made and tasting subs across any location I’ve stopped at.

When a customer places an online order at 6:48, arrives at 7:06 (the appropriate pick-up time) and is told “We’re just making it, give us about 10 minutes” then waits 10 minutes, watches their order get placed on the to-go rack, waits another 5 minutes before being asked “did you place an order?” It doesn’t look good.

I got a small Italian no lettuce add olives, hubby got chicken bacon ranch, both were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and polite, and took our order and greeted us as we walked in. The restaurant was clean and fairly empty when we arrived.

I have been going to the Gresham Village location since it opened. I went last week and they didn’t make my sandwich correct, of course it was to-go, so I didn’t notice until I got back to work. I went today, intending to get the correct sandwich this time. Decided to order the new thanksgiving turkey sandwich, instead… I get back to work and it’s a plain old turkey sandwich. Make me wonder if something there has changed. Extremely disappointing.
