Celebrated our friend’s birthday at ArtBar’s igloo dining, and the setup was beautiful and cozy. This private group space added to the special feel of the night.
The food was standard American, burgers, salmon, fries, nothing memorable, but the experience was the priority, and it delivered.
Our server was outstanding!! courteous, friendly, and truly great at his job.
While I wouldn’t return for the food, I might go back for the ambiance and service.

We had an early dinner here and experienced some of the slowest & worst service possible for it being so empty in there. They forgot orders, served us warm tap water & kept us waiting for 10+ minutes for simple things like ranch dressing. It took over 10 minutes to get cocktails and they would bring one drink over at a time. We looked over to the bar and noticed that the bartender? Would take a picture of every single drink he was making causing a longer wait time for us. The food was good once it arrived but not worth the experience we had. We spent over 2 hours there for absolutely no reason. Sat around waiting more than actually enjoying ourselves. I would not go back and do not recommend. Also there was left over plates and trash on the table next to us.

A solid hotel restaurant with average service and great food.

Came in this past weekend for brunch. Once we arrived, we were told to wait for another 15 minutes as their kitchen was understaffed and overwhelmed with orders. We eventually got seated around the promised time, and thankfully, there weren’t any significant delays afterwards.

We got the crab cake, Artbar burger, and the bananas foster French toast. Based on the reviews, I didn’t have high expectations for their food, but they were surprisingly good. I liked the crispy outer layer on the crab cake, and the arugula salad on the side was a great pair with the lightly seasoned crab meat inside. There weren’t any fresh veggie toppings on the burger, but it was still packed with umami flavors. We also enjoyed the Banana French toast. It wasn’t overly sweet, but the candied walnut toppings gave it a right amount of sugar boost.

Overall, I was glad to find out that ArtBar exceeded my expectations. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and I would probably return if I can’t get a brunch reservation at other popular spots in the city.

We had a good time here, sitting for a nice dinner with colleagues outside on Art Bar terrace enjoying the view in Charles River and Boston skyline. Service, drinks and food were good. A bigger problem with sitting outside though are the birds who are sitting on the ceiling elements literally above you. It is not very pleasant when they „digest“ on you – happened twice and that limited the experience as we were getting a bit stressed checking if any birds were sitting above us.

Our first time. Expect leisurely service. It was busy when we arrived. It seems only the servers understood the delays to the customers. There was only so much they could do. So we waited about 20 minutes for our drinks. We ordered the indigo cosmo and the bloody mary. We also ordered the Artbar burger and the lamb burger. Both were good not excellent. The fries were excellent. Yes I would try again – the eggs and home fries looked excellent.

Love this outdoor spot on the Charles River. Incredible skyline view of Boston!!! Best named bar for a Boston accent! You can order a drink inside to take to the outdoor area….door to the right…or sit inside or outside to dine….area to the left. Great place to just sit if you need a break from the city, have a walk along the river.

Nice and cozy place to go out for drinks. Its located at the ground floor of a hotel and has a nice view to Boston from windows if you happen to sit near. The service is great, their cocktails are very nice. I had Moscow Mule and loved it! I would suggest you to go here if you are looking for a nice and peaceful environment.

Felt like a speed eating competition. Went here for Christmas Day. Within an hour we finished a three course meal.
Soup was served first but had to be poured over behind the scenes from a Tupperware container into the serving bowls, soup was all over the edges of the bowl. Maincourse, the meat was cold. After sending it back it still wasn’t warm. Salmon was good, side dishes were very nice. Dessert was nice.

Okay I wasnt expecting this place to be as amazing as it was. Everything was melt in your mouth amazing. Im a slow eater and usually burgers for me become dry when they sit (even at rare temp). My Lamb Burger stayed delicious and juicy till the last bite regardless of my eating speed. They Clam Chowder and Pumpkin Torte were also fantastic
