The whopper was very fresh. The lettuce, tomato and onions were ice cold and crisp. The beef patty was very fresh and cooked well. Also I purchased the jalapeño cheese bites they were very good and tasty. Thank you for the great place to eat. The staff at this store should definitely be praised for their quality service.

Food was great, excellent customer service experience. Zach in the drive thru was friendly, prompt, and even offered me a crown. I now wear it proudly wherever I go. This Burger King treated me like I was the king. I had it my way. I will never eat at another restaurant out of loyalty to Zach and the amazing staff at Bethel Burger King. As I drift off to sleep each night, my last thoughts are always of those delicious burgers and crisp french fries, served by the kindest and noblest of employees. Waiting in line for 15 minutes inside never got served. And decided to just leave when a girl brought in a whole sandwich with a hair in it and exchanged it and threw the other one away. (So she has nothing to gain by returning it) the cashier mocked her after she left saying the line worker was bald insinuating she was lying. Won’t be back.

Four times I’ve been to this BK. Every time the order is wrong. “No onions and no pickles, please.” This time I got four cheese fries on a large order. Somewhat friendly people. But it’s always annoying getting the wrong order.

I just sat in line waiting for my turn and they litterally shut the lights off on me and refused to take my order or even talk to me at the window. i get that they close at 11 and everyone wants to go home but i rolled up to the window after waiting at 10:54. i dont want to be out either but i just got off work and would like to have the opportunity to eat like everyone else…

I ordered the jr whopper duo and a cheese burger. I ordered from the drive through and as i was getting my order I asked was it made fresh and the young lady says yes. I drive down the road i feel in the bag all the burgers were cold so i called the manager to see if she could handle my situation i get the food back in the same bag and thrown together and overloaded with condiments. I will not be returning to burger King on Bethel ever again
