They are always calling after I place an online order to say they are out of items. The past three times i have placed an order and gotten a phone call saying they are unable to make something. There is no way for them to process a refund on the app. Today they called to tell me they only have wheat bread, i said okay. Now 20 mins after the order was supposed to be ready they call again to say they are out of ham. Money is constantly wasted.

Went to Subway for lunch today, ordered the monster. The young employee (Male who danced while making it) had no idea what i was talking about but said OK. He was left alone, and tried to give me my sandwich untoasted no bacon and not cooked. Disgusting, after showing him on the menu what goes on it, he stuck in the toaster for 13 seconds gave it to me and then charged me seperately for my drink so I didnt’ get the combo because he didn’t know how. Not good to leave a new guy alone, I won’t be back

Subway employees are making up their own hours. Hours of operation stated they close at 9pm but got turned away and refused service at 8:28pm. Employee stated “we close at 8:30pm and we leave at 9”.

Out of the all the other subways, this subway doesn’t stand out, there is always items not available and even sometimes no bread at all!
Some of its employees seem to be constantly under the influence of something and act erratically while making sandwiches.
Being the only restaurant available for many sailors and marines, it’s almost a slap in the face when you crave something different from and repetitive and bland chow hall when the subway doesn’t even have bread.

The cold cut meat I received from this subway was grey around the outside of the meat. It had clearly gone bad but was still served. This is not the first poor experience from this Subway.
