My drink was completely upside down…
I ordered through doordash and something like this is not the fault of my dasher. Especially when the bag is sealed. It was not tilted or shifted to the side or anything like that, someone literally put my drink upside down in the bag

One of my favorite locations in GR. Staff are consistently great. Drinks are always great, and efficiency with which they are made seems above average. the rare mistake is corrected cheerfully and quickly. Small shop, but always seems to have adequate seating and space for groups and individuals. Bathrooms are always clean and look nicer than some locations. Outdoor area is larger and has three large umbrellas for the 5 tables, could use a couple flower pots for some greenery, but still nice.

Always super sunny staff!! The only thing I don’t like about Starbucks is their points program doesn’t add up fast enough. I’m really not a coffee drinker so I go for the frappuccinos and fruity drinks, which are expensive and it would be nice to get more points any time I visit

Whenever I go to a cafe’/coffee shop I have a test to see if they know what they are doing. I order a cappuccino dry. While in the military I lived in Europe for years and always got a cappuccino, then I came back and got a cappuccino in the US and it was more like a latte than a cappuccino. So my test is to see if they nake it correctly, it should be a very light cup mostly foam a small amount of milk and taste very much like coffee. Most places fail, this starbucks created one of the best I have had in the US. Very good job, very happy to say I will be back.
