I have low expectations of fast food, but dang, this certainly made me feel like the bar is too high. Look, it’s fast and convenient. That’s about the highest praise this place deserves. The staff were great. No qualms with them at all.
The food was meh, the price was astonishing. $9 for a lousy hamburger? Sheesh. I remember Carl’s $6 Burger. This didn’t even come close to what those used to be.

I really enjoyed coming to this location. Very clean and staff was very friendly. Carl’s jr definitely has the best value for their prices, every burger is large and I like the fact that I can choose for it to be a double or even a triple! The worker Ana was really helpful and let me know of the current promotions, she suggested the app and let’s just say I will be using it a lot!

I went through drive thru. Ordered two kids meals and a meal for me. They forgot my drink, straws and ketchup. They immediately closed the window in my face. I drove off and then had to return to drive thru and had 4 cars ahead of me. So annoying.

The crew here really knows how to make a customer feel welcome! I was helped by the young lady who took my order, she has a great customer service voice! This location is the only one in the area that looks clean once we walk in, the child booster seats are also clean which is a big one since I’m a big germaphobe! Will definitely come here again.

Dinging 1 star off because they don’t give napkins, and have to ask for cream and sugar and mix it yourself
There are no breakfast deals like most Carl’s Jrs.
Restroom also only has a Blow Dryer which is LOUD. No paper towel option and then you have to pull the restroom door handle to open

I just went thru the DT and the customer service here it’s amazing the girl who helped me was super friendly and kind she had a lot of patience with me and even helped me open the door for me. My food was excellent hot and fresh, my fries were hot.
