I’ve heard the hype for years, but my recent visit was a total letdown. For a place that positions itself as a “premium” burger joint, the experience felt like a messy, expensive mistake.
• The Price Tag: I ended up paying nearly $25 for a burger, fries, and a drink. That is sit-down restaurant pricing for counter-service quality. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you feel like you’ve been overcharged before you even take a bite.
• The “Grease Factor”: I know Five Guys is famous for their bags being soaked in oil, but this was excessive. The bottom bun was a soggy, disintegrated mess by the time I sat down. It wasn’t “juicy”—it was just wet.
• Fry Overload (Quality over Quantity): They dump a mountain of fries in the bag, which seems great until you realize they are limp, unseasoned, and dripping with oil. I’d much rather have a small portion of crispy fries than a gallon of mushy ones.
• The Atmosphere: The dining area was chaotic and loud, with every surface covered in a thin layer of peanut dust and grease.
I don’t mind paying for a good burger, but I do mind paying steakhouse prices for a soggy bag of grease. I won’t be headed back.

Burgers were great but there were 2 small bits of something hard in one of the burgers. Not edible and off white/beige… This location is nice and clean. It’s location in the plaza make it so you have to park a little far away but in a great area and the service was very good.

the service is always great here and so is the food! the atmosphere is quieter so perfect for work and the food comes to you quickly! I love the burgers so much along with the fries. it is a little pricey but mostly because they use real beef and potatoes. I will be purchasing from here again!

Burgers are the best. But I always feel ripped off like the price is just a little to much but I’m willing to pay it on occasion.
Unfortunately today was one of those occasions. It’s 8:36 on a Friday night and the place is completely shut down. No bueno! Every other restaurant in the area is open and busy.
So its a year later. Lets see how they have improved. I picked up food at 9:30 so at least they were open during posted business hours. But thats all I can say. I spent almost $20 on two cheeseburgers and you can see what I got. Most pathetic, broken sloppy mess possible. $10 a piece for those? Best burgers in the world?

I knew there was a reason why I didn’t come here and this was it. $12 for just a burger? It’s ridiculous to think that this chain is making any money these days. The restaurant had two people in it and I was one of them. The burger was slipping and sliding all over because they decided to be half of the fixings underneath the meat and the other half on top. It doesn’t work. Overall, the taste was good but not worth $12. I can make a better burger than that. Luckily I used a gift card, so once I’m done with it, I’m never going back.

Ordered to-go. This is my usual go-to location, but it has been months since I stopped for 5guys. Unfortunately, this evening I had a very negative experience and won’t be returning. 1) my burger was not cooked properly/all the way, it was still VERY pink, 2) my fries were overcooked with excessive salt and tasted horrible, & 3) they told me their gift card system was not working so I wasn’t able to use my gift card 🙁 Very unfortunate experience and a waste of 15 precious dollars.

I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves! Had cereal for dinner instead of this. The frustrating part is that I spent $63 here and was told even though I have the exact time, order number and an Apple Pay receipt that I cannot get refunded without a “paper receipt!” Hey Five Guys, not many people keep paper receipts these days. I just want my $63 back.

Great service and some of the best burgers you can find in the world!
Highly customizable and absolutely juicy and Delicious, these burgers must be tried. The staff is always friendly and it’s amazing to watch how fast they move behind the counter.
The french fries come in huge overflowing cups that will allow you to have way more fries then you plan on based on the cup size. There is often a ton of overflow fries that are poured into the bag, it is awesome.

There is so much to love at Five Guys- the burgers are juicy and delicious, chili cheese hot dogs are fire, the fries are so fresh and yummy, AND my favorite, the FREE peanuts! It is on the pricey side and everything is à la carte so by the time you get a cheese burger, fries and a drink you’re well over $20, so take full advantage of the free peanuts.

6/25/24 – Josh & Nate helped us today at 1 pm, but they were amazing. They were incredibly kind and provided exceptional customer service. The food was remarkably good as always.
