Used the app for 2 meals through the drive through. Not sure if they were really busy inside but seemed to take more time than I thought it would to get my food. Food was great except for the crinkle fries. They needed more time in the fryer, leading me to think they were busy inside.

Food is ALWAYS great thanks solely to the wonderful crew and shift managers who give their all to make sure we have a great experience. The reason for the not so good review is because of the store manager and the regional manager who, at one point in time, I trusted. I gave them both my loyalty, my integrity, and my best work ethic… Only to have it violated by the people I thought I could trust the most. SO, For the sake of a review, the food is EXCELLENT. It’s excellent because of the following individuals who give 110%, everyday to not only our customers, but to each other. Without these people I wouldnt have lasted as long as I did. So KEITH, AUDREY, WARREN, JESS and LORI…..I salute you!!!! You just pushed a very regular customer to the point of “never coming back”! My greek gyro pita was very cold, not warmed at all, and snapped in half rather than folded over. It also had hardly and meat on it at all. Im done..!

It’s so disappointing that Arby’s keeps forgetting to include the sauces that go with their menu items – bronco berry, marinara, and the BBQ sauce for the steak bites! Please improve this!

I was in there the ketchup pump was out and it took 10 minutes to get ketchup. Then the group start talk about employee how he is slow and stupid basically. That very uncalled for and there was two supervisor in the talk.
