It has been a while since we came here. We use to go here frequently but we slowed down quite a bit. Now we went here about 2weeks ago. The chicken was over cooked the sides were good, and the biscuits were over cooked as well. I wasn’t very happy with the purchase that we made. The service was very good. They have changed so much. I use to brag about how good the food was here, it’s a shame that I still can’t do that. We got the 12 piece dinner meal, it was about 43.00.

Ordered 8 piece family meal the pint of potatoes was about half full and the pint of slaw had only enough for 1 person. You eat at these places cause you don’t have time to cook and still have to go home and cook. UPDATE. Thought I’d give it another try. 4 months later the same issue happened again. Came to get chicken, they don’t speak to you when you come in so you stand around till they decide to come over. The food I purchased was old, cold, chicken that night when i got it home. Nothing was fresh. I think they could do better with customer service and the food. I definitely don’t understand the hype over there food or places!!

Well let me say this. Horrible!!! Employees talking rude cold food and I had a employee talk ugly with no respect and the lady manager didn’t do anything. She came around and being disrespectful also. You can’t have kids running a restaurant or business. They don’t have any home training. I’m a 48yr old black man, and these kids are very disrespectful. The sad part, the only white employee there was the nicest and wasn’t disrespectful. I’m just shocked on how kids act, I’m not saying because they are my black family, I’m saying it’s a reason why young people are targeted. Everyone on shift should be terminated!!! The manager don’t have no control of the employees

This location regularly will get your order wrong, and is pretty dirty looking and feeling on the inside as well. Also takes awhile to get the food. The food itself is pretty average but good bojangles food, but I recommend going to the other Bojangles in town

Not a great representation of the Bojangles brand. I guess most importantly the food is as would be expected (good), but physical space is small, needs renovation, and most importantly really does not appear to be all that clean including behind counter. Service is friendly but slow.

Went there yesterday morning about 10 a.m. The biscuits were thrown in the bag. When mentioned to the girl at the window said, “Oh they must have fell out of their wrappers, have a nice day!! Both biscuits just happened to come out of the wrapper? We had ordered 2 sausage and egg biscuits. The biscuit was burnt and the eggs were scorched. I think you need new employees who knows how to do something right

I’ve never been to a Bojangles were the Sweet Tea was disappointing until today. This place needs a bit of help, lawd. The tea was horrific. The sausage egg and cheese was too salty. The only good thing was the biscuit and the honey packets.
The youth working need more training and better understanding of customer service; they were trying but the leadership was lacking.
The atmosphere was dirty: tables, seats, FLOOR, counters. Do better, Bo’!
