I got one carne asada taco and one tripa taco. The tripa was crunchy from having been fried, but I don’t think that was a smart decision considering tripe is super greasy and fatty to begin with. The carne asada had a great flavor from all the different seasonings and wasn’t too chewy, contrary to my worry. I did think everything could have been warmed up a bit better. The guacamole was more watery/goopy than I had expected & preferred, but the flavor was still quite decent. I liked their chiles rellenos the best—very cheesy, warm, and comforting, and served with a ton of sides.

I have now been here two times. Two completely times a day each find the food was extremely fresh Ana customer service was incredible. I ordered a carne asada taco the meat was so tender and flavorful, and the beef tostada once again very tender meat. Both are made fresh with a great flavors

It is small, quaint, clean and friendly. The food was authentic and next level delicious! I would take a bath in those refried beans! Prices were very reasonable and we had to take home part of our lunch because servings were ample!
They also have take out, and phone in ordering.
This Mexican food is a don’t miss, seriously. We will definitely be back!

This IS the best Mexican food restaurant in Madras!! Rio’s might be if you could afford it, but this little restaurant rocks. Sorry my pictures are half eaten! Can you blame me? It’s so delicious we just couldn’t wait to dig in. It’s so delicious I’m literally wearing it home!

Best burrito I ever had. The Carne Asada burrito is not too big and filled mostly with Asada. A tasty value. I can’t find a burrito like this in Portland, where most places use fillers like rice or potatoes and charge 2x more. Posada’s food is fresh, made to order. It’s the best place to eat in Madras. Try the super nachos too- incredible!

Oh Em Gee….. This food is amazing and I went budget friendly with the Mexicano breakfast burrito (Breakfast burritos sold all day). I am so happy with the flavor and texture of the food.

the carnitas are great. the salsa bar is very good. the menudo is great; lean, super tender, great soup stock.
