I recently visited Hibachi Xpress in Cuyahoga Falls, and overall, it was quite an entertaining and lively experience. If you enjoy watching your food being prepared right in front of you with flair and energy, this place definitely delivers on that front.
The hibachi-style cooking is the main attraction. Sitting around the hot grill while the chef chops, flips, and grills ingredients with impressive speed makes the meal feel like a mini show. This place has changed hands two or three times since it open mostly nice people working there the problem I have is every time I get there when it’s supposed to be done it takes another 20 or 30 minutes this time around the cook wasn’t around and then I noticed he came in from smoking a cigarette out in his car you must be a new cook came in did not wash his hands started cooking I really don’t understand what people are thinking when they don’t follow the law and wash their hands every time they leave their cooking station this is disgusting illegal and very dangerous but they’ve never had an order ready since I’ve been picking up from there. The place was freezing when I went in as well a little heat would be nice for your people that have to wait an extra 20 or 30 minutes to get their orders oh and did I mentioun they charge an extra 50 cent for each extra sweet and sour you’re only allowed one for order that barely covers 20% of the food anyhow this is probably why they’ve changed hands.

First time getting food from here after driving past it everyday. I was having a really cruddy day and their food made it so much better. We got a snack steak, which had a normal meal amount of rice, an order of crab rangoon, and a shrimp entree. Everything was seasoned so well and so good. The two ladies working were super nice and everything was made really fast. It was fun watching them cook! Definitely coming back <3

Two $16 Chicken entrees and a $5 veggie side. Only 3oz of chicken, few veggies, and the rest all noodles. Side veggies fills 1/4 of the container. I’m used to leaving with more leftover than I was giving. The food taste good!

My 1st visit here this evening. When I arrived 2 get my food it sat 2 long due 2 a misunderstanding about my pickup time. The lady cook was so sweet.. & without me say’n anything she insisted that she was making me another plate fresh & hot. I was really impressed with the lady cooks great vibes & Energy♥️♥️ They really take pride n what they do & their mission is satisfying their customers. The gentleman who work’d the counter was professional as well. When I got home my food was still hot & delicious. My chicken was tender & everything was seasoned perfect! The Yum Yum sauce was awesome. I’m definitely coming back. Nicely Done Ladies!! Thank U ⭐⭐⭐

Every time I come here and place an order, the cook or cooks are never here.I am sitting here at almost eight o’clock and was told at twenty and seven that the cook would be back at seven thirty seven thirty five and it is now almost eight o’clock and still no cook.
