I always have issues with this Pizza Hut. I have gone in a few times trying to place an order and either nobody comes up to the counter, or I am told to hold on and nobody comes, so I end up leaving. I tried to do an online order today and it didn’t go through. I called a few times and now they have an over seas call center with people that don’t speak English to take your order. So I finally pressed enough numbers that I was connected to the local store.
Over an hr after I ordered my pizzas, they never came, even though I was quoted 20 mins. A teen girl wanted to argue on the phone with me, so I told her to get her manager. The teen answered ( how can I help you… ) umm, is this pizza hut? She tried to say it will be delivered whenever. I said I am not waiting around all night for old pizza to MAYBE show up. Manager finally got on and said Pizza Hut now does deliveries via door dash now and nobody picked up my order ( now 70 mins past ordering ) I said it is almost 6pm, my family has the flu and thats only reason we are ordering pizza and it has been nothing but a hassle. Somebody needed to call us and let us know that there was a problem so we could order from somewhere else. Her first answer was just cancel the order. She said someone would deliver it. Nobody came! I finally called her and said I’m going to have my son come pick it up even though my whole family has the flu. It’s been two hours. She didn’t say anything. I couldn’t believe it. Two hours late with no communication is unacceptable. At 6pm… after my kids have been waiting. Family with the flu! I am DONE with this location. There has been nothing but problems here!

I love this locations so much, employees,manager are great, super friendly and professional. Bella vista location is closer for me, but I rather drive to coolidge location is clean, service is fast. Lets not talk about the quality of the food they make pizza on point just like it should be. And if for some reason they make a mistake in ur order they make sure you go home happy. Scott ur a great manager for ur team. Way to go guys

We dined in and the food was fantastic. The service was really lacking though. Server took our order and after dropping off food she never came back. She apparently went on break and didn’t let us or another employee know. Luckily the gentleman in the kitchen was able to get us a to go box and ring us out.

As a former manager of a pizza place I would be completely appalled with my employees!!! Worst pizza I’ve ever had!!!
