I frequent this location often. I mean, almost once every other day. But the last 4-5 times I’ve visited have been rough. I understand the job sucks, but don’t make that feel like my fault. Every time I’ve come here I feel bad for just asking a question about anything related to my order. Why do I feel bad for being a customer? Today was the final straw for me, two coffees that had 0 flavor, and then making me feel bad for just asking to make them a little bit sweeter. On top of that, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and it was only bread and egg. A very sad sandwich. I went to ask about it and again I felt like an evil customer for even bothering to ask about my order being wrong. I know the job sucks, but that’s not my fault, sorry. 0/5 and I will be charging back through my bank.

Order in the app and it tells you 15 minutes so I wait 5 minutes after I ordered to go inside and wait. And wait. And wait. For 20 minutes while everyone else gets their service. My food and frozen drink were just sitting on a shelf. Had to have my drink remade. Tell me why the ‘frozen’ coffee isn’t frozen. Was told it’s bc the milk. Okay then I guess more than half the drink is just milk. They offered to remake it again but at that point it not risking my drink getting spit in because they’re mad to have to make it again. And of course by the time all this is done my food is cold and not the greatest. -10000/10

One more time I’m going to eat a sandwich at this WAWA, I complained to the attendant and she told me that this was normal as follows and attached photo, I asked for my money back and she threw my money on the floor, as if I were a dog, I told her take it and put it on the counter, otherwise I would call the police, so soon she took it and put it on the counter, besides the bad service, the bathroom is very dirty, I would never go back to this WAWA store. In the face of all the bad service and lack of hygiene, the manager had no attitude, and was also disrespectful.
