Update: Arby’s responded with a link wanting further details but the link doesn’t work.
Today I went and ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich meal with NO lettuce. I got a sandwich with lettuce on it after I’d repeated several times I wanted NO lettuce. Also ordered a LARGE strawberry lemonade and it was a small sized and was even told it was a large.
I then went inside from the drive-thru and was ignored for 5 to 10 minutes. There was nobody else in the line. I then was greeted by an employee who was complaining about having to remake my sandwich, she even went as far as complaining to other employees. It was eventually remade after about 5 to 10 minutes later. Meanwhile my fries sat and got cold. They refused to remake those and gave the cold ones back to me. She stated that they cannot keep them so I have them back.
All in all I am very disappointed and do not recommend, which is unfortunate for Newton. I understand being short-staffed but this is sad to me to be treated this way!
No communication, no reassurance during the wait, nothing.
Left after getting the food and drove 20 minutes home only to find they didn’t actually cook the burger. It was red and pink inside.
So, I used the information on the receipt to make contact and fill out their survey. No follow up.. No response.
So, I’m posting here in the public since no other method of communication seems to work.
I didn’t complain, waited patiently, got an inedible meal, followed their instructions on how to handle it, and was ghosted.
Poor service. Poor management.
