Deficiency of employee and store at all, attitude, services including the manager. Worse service from Pizza Hut from all my life as I used to order frequently Pizza Hut. Even the manager hung up the phone cero imprudent because can’t handle a formal complaint.

There isn’t much locations that do dine in, was very excited to dine in with the family. It’s 3pm and was denied service because there are “very busy” and they have to clean the tables.. is what I was told. I saw one table with people. She did mention she was short staffed. Maybe they were busy with online orders. I don’t know just very disappointed.

The floor needed to be swept. I could hear the staff laughing and carrying on but I rarely saw any. I know that hot wings are supposed to be small but check out the pictures of mine. update: i emailed them as the requested and nothing was solved and they just play dumb. never got my money back – I got contacted my bank and they will resolve it.
