This is our go to Italian/romantic restaurant. We have favorite dishes and get the same thing every time: I get the raviolis & my husband gets taglitelle bolognese. We also split a caesar salad. And because this visit was our wedding anniversary on Valentine’s Day. We also got budino ( warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream). My only disappointment was I let them know it was our anniversary and it wasn’t celebrated.

Fantastic experience! Quick and friendly server, pasta was amazing (we got the rigatoni and 4 cheese pasta – incredibly well seasoned). Ambiance was so cozy and lively, felt like we were in a different country! Well deserved recognition in the area.

As we walked past Lococo’s Cucina Rustica on our way to the sushi place I pretended I had just received a message, so I stopped and checked my phone..giving just enough time to pick up the wonderful aromas coming from Lococo’s! As expected…She says “Why don’t we eat here instead of the sushi place…it smells wonderful”
My plan worked perfectly, but it wasn’t as perfect as the pasta we had…now that was perfect! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Nice ambiance. The paparadelle with sausage & mushrooms was super flavorful. Their broccolini was bitter and delicious. We got another red pasta that was way too acidic though

Food was amazing! Great flavor, nice presentation and makes you want to come back for more. Service was very attentive and helpful. Atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, tho slightly on the loud side.

This was, hands down, the best and most authentic Italian we have ever had! If it was local to me I would be a regular there. My only regret is that we are only traveling through and I couldn’t sample the entire menu. It’s a small location but the atmosphere is on point and it is very busy because the food is fantastic! I was so full but I couldn’t leave without trying their crème brûlée and their cannolis. OMGOODNESS it was so worth being beyond full when we left. I will make a point to go there every time I am traveling through.

This is an interesting, old school “red sauce” style Italian joint in downtown Santa Rosa that’s worth stopping in to visit! We came in on a very busy weeknight for dinner. Our server was helpful and informative. The menu was filled with the typical, old school “NY” red sauce styled food. The items we chose were really good… sauce included!
Their shrimp scampi entrée was beautiful and tasty! The shrimp was decent in it, though a couple pieces were slightly over-cooked. The potatoes were tasty and not dry. Their Spicy Rigatoni Vodka was really good and filling, though not spicy at all.
Save room for dessert, they have a nice frozen Limoncello that’s pretty tasty! I’d come back for dinner again!

Food is good. I ordered spagetti with meatballs and my wife got the roasted chicken with potato. Wine taste good too. They Chef and waiter sang a happy birthday for my wife. They have wonderful voices in fairness. And they prepared a simple cake for my wife for free! There is a need for reservation but we were lucky that there was an available table for us.

This is not a five star restaurant in the sense that some might think, but it was a five star experience. I just love finds like this. Little Italian place in a quaint downtown, not pretending to be anything it’s not. Great service, great food, reasonable prices. I was told by a local that their friend thought the cesar salad was good, and it sure was—a favorite of any restaurant I can recall in quite sometime. Dishes range from mom and pop Italian to gourmet (nightly specials). I dined alone and enjoyed myself thoroughly. I will find an excuse to go back.

We strolled past this place in our search for dinner and were immediately drawn in. It’s special. It’s the rare neighborhood restaurant that appears to cater to tourists and locals alike (hard to do, and they ace it). They serve simple, traditional Italian dishes that are fresh, bright, and generously portioned. I had the scallops and risotto, he had the house-made gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce. The flavors were balanced and not overly rich. The vibe here is wonderful. I’m the last person who enjoys a singing-servers birthday bit, but theirs is so beautiful and heartfelt I teared up—and it wasn’t even me they were singing to! Come here for the food—you won’t regret it—but the kind, welcoming vibe that doesn’t drift over into kitsch, that’s why you’ll likely go back. We definitely will.
