This spot used to be a staple for local Mexican food. Not the case anymore. Today was as bad as it gets. The waitress was a deer in headlights, coming back to the table to verify the order four times. She forgot everything from chicken or steak, to saying the wrong items altogether. I had to stop a manager to get the cheese dip after sitting for 25 minutes. Then the food came with rot on the baked potato. Sent that back and the next time my potato was burnt.

Not good, it wasn’t the first time we had it a while ago, but we wanted to give it another shot. The picture shows the portion size for an adult, dinner entree, and the tortillas are stuck together and rubberized. Don’t wast your money.

I’ve lived in Lebanon for almost 4 years and no one has ever told me about this place. Left Planet Fitness one night and went on a whim. It’s not bad! I was pleasantly surprised. Honestly better than most of the other Mexican places in town. Ton of food, great flavor, quick service.

Came here on a Sunday for lunch as we could smell the food from the big lots while shopping. It was an eh/okay experience. The margarita was yummy and the waiter was nice. The food was tasty, however; I definitely got sick that afternoon so I am guessing they may cook their meats together. Please be aware if you have a food allergy! The atmosphere was not the best due to a group of people smoking right near a no smoking sign. I would have appreciated it if an employee from the restaurant had them move further away from us, but that didn’t happen.

Best Mexican I have had in Lebanon. The service was fast and friendly. The slasa bar was exciting with all choices. The food was very good as well. My fajitas were spot on, and this was the first Mexican restaurant that did not overcook my shrimp. The bacon on my wives chicken dish should be outlawed. It was that good. So what I am saying is that this is a must try in town

Sadly very disappointed, Lebanon has some treasures but they also have poorly ran businesses like this one. Worst part is, is this restaurant is getting hype for no good reason, I haven’t been back so I’m not sure about everything on there menu, but most of the food is not good. I’m big on Mexican, consider myself a connoisseur, and what I had at “Mr.Pancho’s” was bogus. In the pictures you will see an order of Huevos Con Chorizo, and the other disgusting picture of FAT was Huevos Rancheros with pork. I had the Huevos Con Chorizo (if you don’t know I’m a huge Chorizo fan, and know what REAL flavorful Chorizo tastes like) the Chorizo was either fake, or not good Chprizo and cooked dry and sloppy. The eggs with the tortillas were sad. It tasted like eating a plate with some egg taste but barely any, egg was cold, tortilla was dry and tasteless, and to top it off the cheese stick was weird, and rice n beans were MID. To sum it up I would not pay for that dish ever again, and what’s sad is that the Huevos Rancheros were the same way except the pork was full of fat. This has became a very long review but restaurants like these shouldn’t be in business. If they put a little bit more money into real produce and good products, and put love/hard work into it, I’d be giving them 5 stars right now. But they don’t, and that’s the whole purpose of reviews. If you read this far, thanks for stickin around lol and good job wanting to know the truth !

Menu clearly stated that they have a lunch special on Sundays outside of the buffet. However, the waiter and the manager said that the only Sunday special is the buffet. We suggested that they revise the menu to remove the lunch special fajitas on Sundays because it is very misleading. Neither of us wanted the buffet, so we had to change our selections as a result.
One of the orders was incorrect, although the waiter caught the mistake and corrected it.
The food quality was ok, but it was much better in the past. We had good food here in the past, so it was disappointing to have a mediocre lunch this time.
There are many other Mexican restaurants in town. This disappointing experience will make us explore these other options. Perhaps, we will find a different go-to Mexican restaurant in the process.

The portion was small. I ordered the Chimichanga meal. The menu said, ground beef, chopped beef, chicken, and shrimp. The chopped beef had different stuff added with it that was inedible. The chicken had red peppers and jalapeños in it. The shrimp and ground beef was as described in the menu. If you are serving the “chicken” inside of something you should say, “chicken with red peppers and jalapeños”, not just “chicken”. I asked for the cheese to be on the side and my Mexican friend even told the server what I wanted and it still came out with the cheese on the Chimichangas. Not a good first impression.
