I just went to Arby’s and ordered their new burger and when I got home and took a bite into it, I realized it was medium rare rare. It was absolutely disgusting as it was caked With too much thousand island dressing. I called up there and told him my burger was pink. Some guy named David answer and pretty much told me that is what it is and there’s nothing that they can do about it. They didn’t even offer to make me a new burger to come up and get some new food nothing, so that was literally eight dollars out the window to Arby’s. I do understand they say they have it on the menu that it is medium rare and this is my third time at least buying this burger and it’s never been this pink. I would not order this burger at all from the one in New Haven. I was in Michigan when I ordered the other that I have tried and they were fine, but this one here absolutely atrocious

Becky helped me carry my bags out in the cold when I insisted it was okay and I could take two trips. The order was ready very quickly and everything was correct, they even put all the sauces, napkins and utensils in their own bag. Overall great experience

I had a really disappointing experience at this Arby’s. I tried to use a coupon, and while I understand it wasn’t in their system, the way the situation was handled was unprofessional. The employee acted like a manager could override it, so she called the manager over — but both of them were rude from the moment they walked up. Instead of helping me figure out whether any of the other coupons on the flyer would work, they just kept repeating that I couldn’t use the one I originally showed. I wasn’t arguing, just asking a simple question. The attitude and lack of basic customer service made the whole visit uncomfortable. Definitely not the level of service I expect and won’t be returning to this location.

This place owes me so many cherry pies over the years, now there just not putting stuff in that I ordered. No cheesesticks. Said something on next visit, was told since I didnt call, to bad. My orders aren’t that hard , 1 item this visit, plain Arby’s, no sauces needed. Get home have 4 packets of sauces. It goes in 1 ear out the other. Stopped eating at Wendy’s,KFC,Taco Bell, & Burger King in New Haven Indiana already because of things like these. Lots of people done the same thing, 2 of them gave up and closed. Looks like its time to stop eating here to. Bet ive eaten at Raising Canes 50 times since there opening, not 1 order was wrong. Good management is everything.

The last few times we’ve ordered online. It’s always ready on time. If not ready, it’s a VERY small wait. Our order is always right and it has been fresh. Staff is nice!

Went in to Arby’s in New Haven at around 11 today. Ordered our food as we sat down the “manager” started yelling and cussing at the front counter lady then proceeded to rip into a young man that was bagging and helping with the drive through. After she calmed down she went outside to hit her weed pen (I was told by another person that came in) As a manger of a business myself I can not support a business run by a bully. Hope this gets sorted out and she gets help she obviously needs.

What is going on with this restaurant. I come to pick up my mobile order. I give them my name and they tell me to park in a parking space, even though there are zero cars here. So I do thinking ok I’m going to get fresh hot food. Nope, fries and tenders are completely cold. The chicken tenders even tasted funny. Hope I don’t get sick.
