Stopped, was mostly dead. Online order. Had me pull to 3rd window, despite person behind us was just chatting at the window, didn’t get anything.
Waited, after line cleared and waiting about 15 minutes, we backed up to find them working on Uber orders. So I honked to ask where our food was. They forgot about us. The food was slipped together to fast it was a mess. My wife’s mcchicken sandwiches asked for added pickles and they looked like they had stuff on them, but was scrapped off. This is disgusting, dishonest and whoever did this should be fired. They acted rude when we asked about our order.
This is a brand new mcdonalds. Go somewhere else, they have the wrong people, both employees and management and you may be risking your health.

Horrible. We went to give it a try because we’ve heard the food quality was bad. It was. We ordered 2 cheeseburger meals and a 10 piece McNugget. It was all cold.and had to be reheated. Usually McDonald’s fries are oversalted. In this case there was no salt on the fries at all.
On a positive note, the girl working the drive-thru window was friendly amd personable. She gets 5 stars. We also received food we didn’t order…it was cold too. $30 for 2 people. Outrageous for the shitty quality. Do better McDonalds.

First and last time eating here. How do you manage to get not one but TWO different hairs in my food?! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Is anyone wearing a hairnet?! My chicken nuggets were soggy as well. Health department will be notified.

Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and 2 large sweet teas. Nothing fancy except the burgers were asked for no pickles on all 4.
When arriving to the window, the tea barley had any ice at all we had to ask for another cup of ice. We were then asked to pull up and wait for our 4 double cheeseburgers. When getting them out of the bag, they were super sloppy and smashed. No reason to wait for that sort of food, my thought.
They were edible that’s why I gave 2 stars but the patties were really dry, as if they may have been sitting and barley had any onion and one had pickle when I bit into it.
I tried to complete the survey on the receipt but it wouldn’t accept it as if it was not working. I’d rather not come to Google if I don’t have to for a complaint because I know sometimes things happen but they need to figure out what they have going on.

This location is fairly new, I started going because it’s closer to me than the McDonald’s I normally visit. The service is mediocre at best. The food is never hot or fresh which is wild since every single time I go I’m made to pull out of the drive thru and into a spot to wait for the food, it doesn’t matter what time of the day you go. The custom service is terrible, there is only one younger female that works there that’s ALWAYS nice and smiling but everyone else acts as if they’re being bothered. It’s worth it to drive a few extra miles to get food from the other McDonald’s near me, I’m always greeted kindly, very rarely am I asked to pull out of line and not once have ever ever gotten food that’s not fresh or hot and I never have to wait for my food.

First time at this location. It’s been open a couple weeks now. Went through drive thru to place order. Young lady took our order and said nothing else. We told her what we wanted and she just said okay. We got burgers and two teas. One lady took payment, didn’t say thank you or anything. Next lady gave us our teas with NO ice in them. Asked for a cup of ice. She gave us a small cup of ice for two large drinks. Then when we got our burgers, they were messy and all over the place. And dry as hell! I go check reviews before making one myself, and they have a 2.8. That’s awful. Definitely won’t be back to this location. What happen to McDonald’s customer service?!?

Very disappointing service. While I was trying to place my order in the drive-thru, the employee was joking with a coworker and not paying attention. I repeated my order three times and she never acknowledged it. When I told her l was done ordering, she told me she was “only one person.”
The whole interaction felt unprofessional, so I drove away.
This is the third time I’ve visited since this location opened and the service has never been good.

I have been there two separate times and both times orders were wrong. Stale fries as well. Doors locked.. had to go through drive thru again with poor service. It’s sad because this is a new store.

Terrible experiences on both. No one in dining area and no one in drive through both times (probably for good reason). 2 mcchickens and a fry isn’t anything too crazy to me. First time fries were VERY cold but second time I just didn’t get my M fry at all?? Can’t be cold if you don’t get them? Was also pulled to 3rd window for awhile 7 minute wait…. Drove all the way home (my fault) and realized they were not in the bag.. 2nd sandwich was crunchy and old I’m positive. Please go somewhere else before you get the water poo syndrome… ( 7:30PM )
