Foods is nice, prices are decent, ambiance is pleasant. We were seated quickly and ordered our food, but the waiter gave us one additional plate we didn’t order + no napkins though I have asked. Don’t like it when I have to wait.

Great Restaurant, a must go whenever I am on vacation in the Area, my last experience was particularly pleasant. I was greeted with a smile by the host and was provided with a table of my choice on the terrace. Service has been fast and meal was tasty. If you go there try their BBQ Ribs, personally my favorite and well priced. Drink were always refilled without me asking.
My second time at the restaurant and will not be the last.
This was on February 17 around 7PM so if the manager is reading this. Please pass the message to the staff members present that night. I think its important to highlight the good work.

I had delicious Babyback Ribs with coleslaw and fries. The service was fast and efficient. We were 8 in our party and it was no problem to get separate checks. If you like to sit outside they have lots of space. You even can smoke right at the table.

I have been in Tony Roma’s for years and in many different locations. The flavor on the ribs are incredibly delicious. However, they do not serve the traditional fall-off the bone beef ribs. These are tough and chewy on the second bite and come out somewhere between medium-well to well-done. It’s a shame Tony Roma’s do not attempt to achieve the correct way to cook and serve traditional BBQ beef ribs.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived, were seated quickly because there was only one other table. So we ordered our drinks, waited 30 minutes to receive our drinks, and when we finally got our drinks, we had to ask to order as opposed to being asked if we were ready as if we weren’t at the restaurant for about 40 minutes. Our drinks were not strong, i actually had to ask the waiter if there was alcohol in my drink. we were told we would be charged for them to make the drinks stronger. When we finally ordered our food which took a little time which is understandable because there are six of us, but seeing as though we were the only other guests in the restaurant, we expected faster service. The waiter was relaying messages from the manager who did not seem to care about us being happy. Was not a terrible experience but it was bad enough for me to complain about it which i do not do often. I don’t blame the waiter i blame the manager who did not even come out to reconcile with us. We did not request his presence because we were disappointed and we will not be returning to this restaurant. This is unfortunate because it is very close to our hotel and it could have been our staple restaurant for the remainder of our trip.
