Panera is my go to for chicken noodle soup when I’m feeling under the weather. There’s something about the aroma and warm broth clearing your sinuses, and warming an upset belly! Luckily I had my significant other that could run in for me as this location does not have a drive thru! It was a short wait time. About a quart size with four fresh hot baguettes. Spoons and bowls provided. $26 is a bit steep but it is well worth the comfort and soothing that the soup provides!

I’ve eaten at this Panera a few times. The location is always clean, staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is good and they take care to be responsive to people who have food allergies.

Ordered from Panera tonight (for delivery) unfortunately the order was not accurate. I ordered a Greek Chicken Salad, however the order came with no chicken.
I also ordered extra mayo for my sandwich and did not receive extra mayo nor did I get really any mayo on the sandwich.
The receipt was signed off that everything was accurate but that was not true.
I tried to contact Panera but received no answer.

So much for treating myself. I wanted not toasted and it was slightly burnt on the corner ended up throwing half of it out. Just a disappointment when people can’t simply read an order that got put in. I stopped going to Panera for 3 years because of simple mistakes that could easily be avoided when it wasn’t even that busy and now I guess I’ll go back to that. I’m not even supposed to be having these types of things and I was treating myself and because of a simple error it was no longer what I even wanted.

Great service, good ingredients & nice atmosphere. A bit more sandwich would be nice. If it was not take out I would have sent it back. The other half was the same. Im glad I got her a whole. Mine was a bit better. Definitely not close enough to the picture in the menu. Steak & White Cheddar.

I go here often. Many times there’s no one at the register and I’m waiting up to 5 minutes sometimes. Or, there is one person on a register. Many times there’s coffee is cold and the soup is cold. Today I said something to the manager guy. He changed the coffee and it was cold again. I told him and all he did was say that that is as hot as our machine makes it sir. As if I was annoying him. I’m not going to argue about it so I said maybe someone else will notice too. Did he think maybe the heater for the coffee kegs was not working correctly? Or even care to check? Then I get my tomato soup and it’s Luke warm as well. If it wasn’t for a microwave I’d be having a cold meal. Maybe it’s because they left the room temperature at about 60 degrees. I do think most workers are friendly there though. The woman managers are always nice.

Really Panera? This is the quality you’re okay with putting out? You charge $7 for a smoothie and only offer one size and you can’t even bother to fill it to the top? Second time this has happened!!! Ridiculous. Then this sloppy soggy mess of a sandwich? I couldn’t even eat it because it was so disgusting. Done with this place. They’ve become sloppy and lazy with food and drink orders but still wanna charge an arm and a leg. $30 for this!!! Embarrassing

My avocado on my sandwich was black and moldy. Then when i called to get refund and new food, the manager bob hung up on me 3 times. He also didn’t offer new food and was not happy to refund me. I didn’t think avocado could even get this black.
