One of the divyest bars in Tallahassee- it has it all: dim lighting, grungy appearance and locals who seem to love this place. The bar tender who was there was great. She was very friendly and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. I was slightly leary of ordering food but I like living on the edge. We ordered the Nutty Burger and it was really good!we were splitting it and they served it in two plates which we didn’t expect but appreciated. My date said the men’s bathroom was truly disgusting. The women’s seemed fairly clean. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time at 4th Quarter. I came early with some friends to watch the Women’s Rugby World Cup. The bartender was great, she didnt mind changing a TV for us. The food was great and shockingly inexpensive. I had a couple spicy bloody Mary’s and they were great. I will be back.

This place has issues. First of all, I got a beer and the orange was moldy. Not just a little, but enough that everyone at the table saw it. And then, one of the carrots for the chicken wings was moldy. The baked potato reminded me of the kind of baked potato found at lower end steak houses in the 70s. Dry and blah.
It’s an old school neighborhood bar with the usual bar flies, and probably fine if you’re going there just to drink. If you are, don’t order food.
BUT! Our server was wonderful, and she made the experience not so bad.

A group of us went after a funeral, it wasn’t busy, but service was slow, we order food. There were lots of items on the menu, I had a turkey reuben with sweet potato fries. It was cooked well. It’s more bar than grill. Bar service was good, we mainly had beer. I’d go back.

They do not have a chili burger on the menu, but I asked if they could make me one and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! I appreciate them making me something off menu, and it was absolutely banging to boot! I come to the 4th quarter on Sunday for 2 beers and a burger! Love this place!

Excellent and diverse menu, amazing bartenders, and a smaller cozy atmosphere. This place was a savior when we broke down here and stuck for two weeks. If I ever find myself in Tallahassee I’ll definitely be visiting my favorite bar!

I probably wouldn’t come back here. The food was mid, the drinks were just okay as well. One of our drinks was made incorrectly – a single was ordered and a double was made and charged for. This place is definitely not POC friendly from our experience.

Me and my wife decided to go there for the first time on Saturday October 18 2025. And it’s going to be are first and last time the service was horrible 25 to 30 minutes to get are drinks then another 25 minutes for they to come and get are food order then another 25 minutes to finally get are food I have steak bites they was so cold that I left them on the plate my wife had chicken wings that were not crispy like she asked for when the waiter came she looked at the steak bites and didn’t have at least the decency to ask what happened. They need a lots of improvement

Do not waste your time! Staff is 100% disrespectful. Terrible service and they have no care in the world for their customers. Service sucks unless you sit at bar. They don’t care at all about their customers. Save your money!!
