Found a piece of plastic in my coffee cup, unbelievable! It’s a ghost town here, stuck in the past. Nothing new, no repairs here done at all..bathrooms are really messy. They smelt terrible. Fan doesn’t even work in the bathroom, tables were messy. We had to request for the tables to be cleaned…crumbs everywhere. On the tables some of the seats have French fries everywhere. It was only 10am, the place should have been clean!

If your going to sell burger melts, make sure the burger is hot, cheese is melted and bun is toasted. None was done with this burger. Also the Pattie’s they used were way smaller then the bun. If your not happy with your order and you ordered through the app go back to app and make a complaint. BK will give you a $10 credit.

Place is outdated vibes from the 80’s-90’s which i like but super clean! Staff are pleasant. Has a drivethru. Very spacious parking space. Accepts debit/credit cards. High chair seen. See images for reference

The soda smells awful like the machine hadn’t been cleaned in years. The fries smells bad like old grease, and the sandwich came without lettuce and tomato. How do they expect customers to come back? Never again!

Our favorite Burger King. Solid drive-thru with polite and helpful service, sometimes with style and personality. Fish sandwich always crispy, fries always salty, and where would we be without the Impossible Whopper with cheese?

I’m honestly shocked at how unprofessional this place is. Employees were outside in the parking lot yelling, cursing, and even gossiping about one of their coworkers. I overheard loud talk about ‘going to Jamaica,’ and Kaylee, in particular, was screaming like it was a street corner, not a workplace. If this is how staff carry themselves in public, it says a lot about the management. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Had a bad experience. Had purchased 2 Hershey Sunday pies and one of them was defected. See pictures below. It is thoroughly evident that the a significant portion of the food is missing. A refund would be the right thing to do.
