Writing this for a manager or supervisor: March first 2026, at 5:41 pm, I got into the store to pick up a delivery for Uber Eats and was treated the worst by a young employee girl. She showed no respect and was rude. To get more customers and make money, a store needs employees who shows respect and customer service. I personally will not bring my family here to eat. I hope s manager talks to this employee to respect customers or delivery drivers.

It’s been quite a while since I last visited dairy queen and I gotta say I was pretty disappointed. Even though It wasn’t very busy my order took about 25 minutes to be done. The fries were too salty to eat not to mention cold. The burger was dry and bland tasting.
I took my fries back and asked for fresh fries with no salt. Now I’m not kidding but I had to wait another 25 minutes before getting new fries. The fries weren’t exactly hot nut rather almost warm. At this point I was extremely disappointed with both the service and food.
The employees were very young and need quite a bit of training on communication. You’d be talking to an employee and they’d just walk away without acknowledging if they heard you or not.
Lots of room for improvement.

Had a huge order of $55. Waited for a bit since they were all chicken strip baskets. The order was missing 2 extra fries and an extra sauce for the chicken strips. Didn’t even bother to go back because then the food would’ve gotten cold. I was so disappointed since the chicken strip basket is my favorite!!!! Moral of this story, check your order before you leave drive thru.

I ordered a cheeseburger with light ketchup and no pickles, got home and the “cheeseburger” was literally just meat and bread – no cheese – zero condiments, like are you serious?
And then they have the audacity to ask at the drive thru window when they give you the card reader for a tip.. a tip for what?! This is so frustrating and upsetting and extremely disappointing.

They got my order wrong. The pic of a few small pieces of chicken maybe size of a tater tot and smaller was $5. My chicken strips have been having hard chunks so I’m only able to eat most of the chicken strips so it’s a rip off.

Tried to call and no one answered. I just got home with over a $53 dollar order in food. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru pull up front spot, so expecting my food to be fresh. Nope, nice and cold. Fries were half full in the baskets. I will never return.
Burger cold fries cold chicken strips cold. Oh and no straws for our drinks. Toast was burnt.
