IS IT TOO MUCH TO BE NOTIFIED IF SOMETHING IS GOING TO TAKE 20min to be made ……then inform customer this will hold them up indefinitely for a significant amount of time. So they don’t foolishly pay for something you don’t plan on making and serving in a timely manner. Also, super rude and idiotic to dismiss customer and take care of 5 other cars so they can leave without explanation or update to let the customer know what the holdup is. Somebody was overdosing in the lobby, waited 30 minutes for my food, which we never got so I just asked for a refund and that took an additional 10 minutes, and I never once offered to comp the food.
And it was just two hamburgers, no fries no drinks. All I wanted was just a couple burgers.

Over multiple trips we’ve come to realize they were not consistently giving out the 16 oz cups for the $1 Freeze. They try to give you the 12 oz cups and swear it doesn’t ring up for a $1 and that’s our problem. Today I had to keep showing them they’re advertised menu and it clearly states and shows a 16oz very specific cup and they try to refuse to give it to you. I had to keep asking her just for what I paid for and what it states I’ll get just to get the cups. They tried to not give them to me and tell me I’d have to pay more. I did not pay more and nor should I have to concern myself with there need to correct their computer and how it rings up seeing as how in almost three weeks they have not once corrected or changed the advertisement in any way shape or form. Still says 16 oz .

Ordered the big fish combo and the new spicy whopper melt and this is what they looked like. Their website says it’s supposed to be heavy jalapeños and the fish sandwich is supposed to have pickles instead of tomato. ALSO, I was not given a receipt but go figure. That’s south side for you lol

Staff was courteous and friendly and the food was hot and fresh. The only complaint I have is the entire floor of the lobby was sticky!! Other than that it was a wonderful experience!
