I never ever think about leaving a review but tonight I decided to …I ordered a large beef and bacon pizza and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and unfortunately I asked if I could get extra mushrooms on the sandwich and I understood that I would be paying a little more and I was told no they can’t do that on sandwiches or the pasta bowls ….I think if you won’t extra of something rather it be meat or a vegetable or something. It seems like you could be able to get extra as long as you paid extra..but everything else was good and okay just that part …seems like a few changes on that should be made …

I Ordered @ 7:00 pm on the app, the app said it would be ready @7:30 pm. I arrived at 7:28 pm gave the dominos employee my name and last four of my number she first had trouble finding my order, to then tell me I had to wait another 25 minutes. This initially tells me they haven’t started my ordered. I asked the associate if she was serious, she said “well it is New Year’s Day”. Mind you when I pulled up to the window she was sitting in a chair on her phone comfortably doing nothing. This isn’t my first bad time at this specific location. They really need to step up there game, or get some new employees that care about there customers needs!

Placed order over the phone and guy took my order and payment. called me back and cancelled my order bc I am outside the delivery area slightly. ten days later i call the manager and he tells me he “doesn’t run the banks man” and that inevitably I’ll receive my money back but doesn’t know when. Poor service. Poor customer service. The only nice guy i talked to was the dude who took my order over the phone.

I have went to this dominos a lot. This last time I got a large ny 3 topping pizza. Well I thought I got a large 3 topping pizza. When they brought it to me they took the receipt out and didn’t give it to me. I got home and I only had 2 toppings. Not cut right. I guess I need to quit going to dominos.

Wow so about 2 to 3 years ago. I know I reviewed them and gave them a five-star review. Back then we have to worry about using this geolocation app of a hotspot cuz Domino’s will not deliver past a certain point due to safety reasons.
Anyways, this is what started it. My wife placed the order with Domino’s using the online ordering system and it went through. She put the address for the Dollar general in Heath springs on Kershaw Camden highway as the meat up point. The app did not give her the option for a hotspot but did give the option for delivery or pickup so she choose delivery. After 35 minutes of waiting, she receives a phone call from Domino’s stating that they wouldn’t be able to complete the delivery because she didn’t pick a hotspot on the app again. That option was not given to her. Three previous orders with Domino’s. They’ve completed it and satisfactory was great but this time they don’t want to.
So after hearing about this I decide I want to give give them a call and try to understand why previously. We’ve never had issues with all of a sudden because their system Domino system failed to provide the proper option for my wife that they weren’t going to complete the order. Why wait? 30 minutes after the online system said that the order was complete and cooking to call us and say oh we can’t complete your order.
I requested to speak with the franchise owner and they said the franchise owner was Ryan and that he was too busy to come to the phone. Well let me put it this way when you are a franchise owner, a senior VP, associate VP, or anyone who has authority to dictate how your store operates. You might want to come to the phone when someone request you. Or you can place that person on hold until you’re ready to speak with them. Either way Domino has lost her trust and our business we no longer will be using them. I highly advise other people not to use them. Other experiences that we’ve had with Domino’s were very minor, but they were still a negative experience such as online systems saying our orders ready. We go pick it up to walk in and an associate of Domino’s says hey. We still need about 15 more minutes until your pizza’s done. That’s mynut, but to to have a long-time customer be told no on something that we’ve been doing and the process has been fine until now.

Save your time from ordering online. You’ll be given a time of when the order will be ready WITH UPDATES and drive all the way to the store to pick up, just to be told you still have 25-30 more minutes when you ordered OVER an hour ago. When I mentioned the app, I was rudely told “the app wrong” like clearly…but that’s not my problem.

I guess if you order from this location a delivery that’s 10 min and 6 miles away you are expected to drive by yourself to the nearest gas station to receive your order. Because the manager gonna give you a call and present you with this option. Even if you pay a $6 delivery fee, leave another $6 tip, get ready on hand another $5 cash for the driver, you need to get in your car and meet at some place they decided it’s there limit drop. I mean what’s the purpose of ordering delivery if you need to drive somewhere? So in the end nobody earn money: the driver, Domino’s, the store. They even wasted my pizza that was already cooked because the driver didn’t want to push it another 1.5 miles. Great business management. So be careful when you order online around Lancaster area.

Everyone has there favorite chain pizza place and this one is mine. Is it as good as a true pizzeria? No, but it’s good for a quick bite. Use coupons and it’s more than affordable. For the most part the service is fast when I get backed up you can be waiting a while, but that doesn’t happen too often. I also don’t order during peak ordering hours to avoid that.
