This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. It lacks the basic standards the brand is known for. The staff is unengaged, service is mediocre at best, and the tables and bathrooms are consistently dirty. Completely disappointing compared to other locations. Management seriously needs to step it up.

The service was great and the atmosphere was very nice. However, the bread was not fresh and kept falling apart, which made it difficult to eat my sandwich. It seemed like it was only reheated rather than freshly prepared. I requested another bread and it was the same. I hope they can improve the freshness of their bread.

This Chick-fil-A doesn’t give the same experience as other locations. The staff is just okay, nothing stands out in terms of service, and the dining area and bathrooms are often not clean. Chick-fil-A is usually known for great service and cleanliness, so this location definitely misses the mark compared to others.

This rating is based on a fast food location, NOT vs a gourmet restaurant. 5 stars absolutely fit for this location. We had a team of 6 come in for a large order. The cashier/ order taker was attentive and got all our order. We found a table to fit our group and before we even started digging into the bags of food, a service person came by to ask if we missed anything.
We started looking into our order and surprise we did miss a deluxe chicken sandwich and we wanted more sauces too. The server went back to the counter and within two minutes got all the stuff that we were missing.
When we were eating our food, they checked on us a couple more times before we were finished.If we needed anything additional. Their service is better than some restaurant service table treatment I’ve been in.

Got our food so quickly. Used the rewards app to get two free fries and a free lemonade
Restaurant is clean and very roomy with nice high ceilings and windows. Parking available in the big garage to the back.

I ordered coffee with my set meal, but it wasn’t available when my order was brought out. While I was wondering what was going on, a manager-like person came over and apologized, saying, “Sorry, our coffee machine is broken, so there’s a delay. Would you like some snacks in the meantime?” Soon after, they brought my coffee. I really appreciate their hospitality. It’s a new, clean store that makes me want to come back again and again.

BY FAR THE WORST Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. So disappointing and the staff is so unengaged.
I waited 15 min just to get a deluxe sandwich. The establishment wasn’t busy. I also had been waiting by the counter 5 minutes just to get a beverage refill, and the employee at the register SAW ME, and skipped me twice when I just wanted to ask for more ice and lemonade. I was patiently waiting for him to take orders from customers and just get a refill as soon as he was done, but he still didn’t assist me. I’m disappointed at the fact that this location did not meet the standard set by Chick-fil-A.

i waited 17 minutes for twelve chicken nuggets… .
i came in bright and early at 9:30ish before my flight at SFO, thinking i’d be in and out of the establishment in a few minutes. cuz it’s FAST food…right? WRONG!
i ordered at 9:40am and didn’t get my food until 9:57am. (see photo attached) and there was no one else in the lobby when i ordered! just ridiculous!
the lobby was beautiful, but there were a lot of crumbs on the seat of the booth.
also it’s ridiculous how expensive a chick fil. a meal is these days. $19.20 for twelve nuggets, a fruit cup, and an OJ is lowkey crazy. not coming back.

Very bright and clean with fresh flower on couple of tables. Indoor 1 hour parking behind the store. Super convenient.
