I found this lil gem on Google I had a taste for seafood so I gave it a try. The food was fresh, hot and good. I had flounder, shrimps, yams, mac&cheese and a side order of clams. The service was also good,whenever your in the area give it a try.

The atmosphere leaves something to be desired but the food and hospitality makes up for it. We arrived just as they were closing for the evening but we were allowed to order and sit in the dining room as they cleaned up. They seemed to have a great to-go business even as they were closing.

I came here because someone in my party already had been here. This is a Southern gem. I had fried catfish and I think collard greens. Others had fried chicken, roasted corn. None of us could finish. Friendly staff.

Our overall experience was good. The food was prepared fast and served hot. Their fish was well seasoned. The sides were okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with placing our order. The atmosphere was very nostalgic and welcoming. We look forward to visiting again.

Love the simplicity and delicious food here! My family lives in town and I always make it a point to stop in at least once every visit. Great seafood, which I tend to always go for clam strips every time! Dont expect any fancy dining here, just great southern food served on paper plates! Love Trulucks!

My family and I enjoy eating at this place. When we come to visit family, this is a normal routine to grab something from Trulucks. The food is always delicious! However, if you go there on a Saturday, be prepared for a wait. They also have dine in or take out options.
