This is how I received my bowl literally 4 pieces of meat 12 beans and 7 shreds of cheese.
Not worth 8$
The service was good but portions are horrible!!!
I do not blame the employees as they serve the menu the way corporate has them to. The service was good

I can’t believe how bad the food quality at this location has fallen off! Ordered the crispy chicken burrito, chicken was hard as a rock! Loud kids, yeah won’t be back.

Ordered through the mobile app which is very convenient so I don’t have to assume total through a small screen. The young lady attended me through drive thru and I appreciate the way she made sure my food was ready and it was good. I was though missing fire sauce.
The food for breakfast is VERY affordable compared to McDonald’s and Burger King etc.
With the way inflation is at the moment this is the go to spots. I appreciate that Taco Bell. And their customer service is nice.
First time stopping at this location and was a pleasant experience too.
The drive through is very wide and enough space for a truck to fit compared to other drive thru.

Been coming to this location for several years now being it’s 1 of 2 locations that’s roughly the same driving distance from my house in Beach Park right on the Wadsworth border.
Venue is always super clean and always a friendly staff serving up quality food with fresh ingredients.
Among any fast food chain out there IMHO, Taco Bell has always been the best value for the buck.

Prices have definitely increased, so I make it a point to take advantage of deals whenever I can. I remember when the dollar nachos were just that a dollar but now they’re $3. That said, the addition of guacamole and sour cream makes them even more enjoyable! I stopped by the drive thru recently; the service could have been a bit friendlier, but overall, my experience was fine, and the food was still satisfying.

The costumer service in this place is really bad, the hispanic morning manager said that all employees wear a headset to listen when a costumer is ordering and even having all this employees listening to specific drive thru orders, we always get our order messed up. If a costumer is asking no sour cream that is a common sense to not put that ingredient in the food, it does not matter if the menu is showing only the option for supreme you have to follow what the costumer is asking for. This is the first bad review I posted after so many mistakes and I will keep posting now if again I get my order wrong.

Really it’s like enough is enough… we have to stop spending our money here. This meal I ordered is 11.29 before taxes the meat is suppose to be chicken but you can actually count the amount of chicken. I have more sauce then anything and both of my chalupa‘s looked like this and the additional hard taco was literally lettuce tomatoes and cheese. I know the correct serving amount because I worked for Taco Bell for 2 years . The customer service is poor they don’t have consistency and most importantly we are already getting over charged for things in the world so why should we have to pay more at a fast food restaurant and get less. The worst experience I have had in the last two months is a frontline cashier throwing money at me because I didn’t like his tone and asked for a refund . If you are a chalupa eater as myself don’t waste your money cause this what they serving. One minute the price is one thing and the next it’s something else and when you question them about it they become frustrated and speaking to you like you can take your money elsewhere. I have countless time gotten the wrong order and stuff missing and really nasty attitude when you ask them to correct the order. They have maybe 3 decent workers there and that’s a strong maybe

I was fond to this Taco Bell but lately it’s been a failure and I come here all the time. My first bad experience was about a month ago, I gave it a break. I gave it a break because my son 7yrs old told me the meat tasted weird, and he loves his Taco Bell but he was unable to eat his food. The comment below confirms the food is not tasting right. Now today, it angered me that my 5 year old couldn’t eat her dinner because Taco Bell did not make her order correctly from the screen, they added all the ingredients she did not want in her food and I called to put in a complaint and it is so unprofessional when a business picks up the phone then hangs up. Waste of money.
