Please save your money and don’t waste your time. Going to eat. Their service sucks. It’s always dead so I don’t understand why the service is always slow. Employees are very uninformed about anything that’s happening with promos or anything of that nature. Every time I went there for steak nuggets, they always were out and would give me the runaround

Exceptional food, service, and employees! The staff were really nice and quick to take orders they also were just unparalleled when it comes to SPEED (I mean my order was bagged up on the tray fast)! The place was pretty much flawless on the inside and out besides a neon light that needs replacement. This particular Arby’s is like a gem architecturally speaking with it’s high triangular arches that allow natural light to beam through the dining area. You really have to stop in and enjoy this specific location for yourself to see what I mean.

Everything was fine until I pulled up to the window.
Service failed on sight. The young lady and manager backs are turned to the window just having a great convo. Then there was no greeting, or even sorry for the wait while you watch me talk and tie my hair. She just says the total. Hang her the cash window close. I guess more convos were important and it seemed like she hit the wrong button. Then here comes the change. Just what the hell. No thanks and appreciate me for coming? Then look at the sandwich??

Was open day after Thanksgiving. Arby’s always good to have their food for lunch. First time trying curly loaded. Think it had too much sauce and cheese and didn’t look the same size of the one pictured.
This location seemed easier to get to compared to the one across the otherside.

Disgusting! This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to this location in less than a year and both times horrible. The rolls were stale, there was barely any beef in the sandwhich, the beef was cold, and the fries tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in a month. We couldn’t even finish our meal. Refer to photo for lack of meat in the beef n cheddar. I love Arbys but do yourself a favor and drive to a different location. Ps… instead of your workers just goofing off in the back have them clean up in there. Just nasty.

If I could give them no stars I would!!! This location is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered food tonight for my family. My child was eating her chicken and there was pink nail polish on one. The second was raw and not cooked. Fries were cold and terrible. When I called to speak to management Irene was rude and not helpful. Simply said her girls don’t have nail polish on. This place needs new staff completely!!!
