This is an order at the counter and then grab a seat kind of place. The line was long, but orders get taken pretty quickly. Despite how crowded this place was on a Friday at noon and how small the kitchen is, we managed to gather our to-go order after only 15 minutes. The team running this place is immaculate. Front of house switching from taking orders to making coffee to serving food seamlessly. While the back of house crew knocks out salmon plates and poached eggs lickety split.
Thankfully a previously posted menu shared vegan options so I was able to order a tofu scramble. It was great! I had asked for bell peppers to be substituted over the tomatoes. Unfortunately that didn’t get substituted correctly, but I still enjoyed it. My partner got the autumn curry and said it was fabulous. My folks also said their ordered were perfect. I’m not used to the prices out here but all the work that goes into running this shop really shows and is totally worth it. Sorry we didn’t get pictures of the food we were too hungry.

Obviously, it’s a popular place for there was a short line to be seated. They have a large patio.
Flatbread I wanted, said they were out of, and the restaurant had just opened.
Love peaches so ordered French toast with it. Not many peaches, nor did the scones.
French toast was really sweet due to the fact it had brown sugar on each slice.
Upside coffee refills unlimited.

I had the Bacon, Sweet Potato, Zucchini and Parm Hash. So good! Note that the bacon is not well done/crispy, which is how I normally like it. It was wonderful as it was served.

I’ve been to The Red Twig several times now, and while I’d say the food is decent—nothing extraordinary, but solid—and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, there’s one reason I keep finding myself back here: the lattes.
Specifically, one of the baristas, don’t know her name she has blonde hair, makes what I can only describe as the best latte I’ve ever had. The balance, the texture, the care that goes into each cup—it’s genuinely exceptional. She’s also incredibly helpful every time I visit, always happy to answer questions or make recommendations. And to top it off, she finishes each drink with beautiful latte art. You can tell she takes real pride in her craft, and it shows in every sip.
Great coffee can elevate an entire experience, and that’s exactly what’s happened here. What started as a casual stop has become a regular ritual for me. If you’re a coffee lover, do yourself a favor and order a latte.

Very good food and has a hip, PNW vibe. Highly recommend their pastries and bowls!

I’ve been here three times and overall, my experience has been good. However during my most recent visit, I ordered a BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato) sandwich to go and it was the smallest sandwich I’ve ever seen in my life.
I had previously ordered and enjoyed this sandwich a few months ago. But this time, I think they either gave me the end of the loaf of bread or have downsized their portions to save money. I’ve included a picture but the sandwich was nearly as small as my thumb. It was comical but also really sad. I spent nearly $20 after tip.
The staff is kind and there’s plenty of seating but I cannot wrap my head around how small of a portion I was served.

I recommend avoiding this place.. The manager is completely mean spirited and awful.. unfriendly.. plus since the last time i came here several months ago the baked goods have dropped drastically in quality, youre better off taking your business to one of the other several, and better, cafes in the area
edit: i am not affiliated with any “disgruntled teenage ex-employees.” thats just a deflection and dismissal of guilt.

I came in here excited to use my gift card for this place, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Spent over $20 on 3 small drinks with no flavor. I am a huge coffee drinker, I appreciate and try to always choose local shops (not Starbucks) for multiple reasons, one being the flavor and quality of coffee. I wanted to at least taste the espresso in my drink, but I only tasted milk.. I didn’t see anything vegan on their menu so I asked the person at the register and they told me they didn’t have vegan food, but I could remove some items from some of the foods to make them dairy-free or without eggs. The atmosphere felt very crowded because it is a smaller shop and all the tables are very close to eachother. (Keeping in mind I did go on the weekend). Parking was also a hassle, which isn’t fully in their control because they only offer 2 spots from what I saw and the rest is street parking in a busy area. Overall, the person at the register was very friendly and customers seem to love their food. But personally I won’t be going back because of this experience. If you don’t have dietary restrictions and are going for the food it seems promising because everyone seemed to like their food

Loved this spot! Great cafe location for studying, brunch, and coffee. School is about to start and having a great spot to come and study while enjoying some great food and coffee is amazing. Very friendly and the staff is great. The food is superb and the coffee has yet to not impress me. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Amazing food. The guys cooking in there were also super nice when they brought out the food. Avocado- perfect, pouched eggs- perfect, has brown potatoes- perfect, drip coffee- perfect. The only downside was the tables are wobbly. Like all of them. They would wobble more than an inch up and down. It was super annoying. Fix your tables.
