I’m a huge fan of chicken, so when I seen this place open in Cheshire I was happy I didn’t have to drive to west Hartford that’s why I’m just now trying it but it was well worth the wait but I wish i would’ve tried it a long time ago! Way better than chick fil a I’m popular on Google reviews and couldn’t wait to give you guys a review because of how great the service and food was. If I can give you guys 10 stars I would! I was greeted soon as I came in the door. I wish I remembered the young lady’s name she had on these cute heart shaped glasses. Her customer service alone makes me want to come back. The manager was very nice as well! The place was clean and I love the atmosphere and music that was being played was perfect it made the vibe even better. I got the butterscotch dr.pepper 10/10 must try! I the chicken bites combo and the tenders the chicken was juicy but not oily at all, like you wouldn’t think it’s fried, the fries either shake were good and thanks to the manager he gave me a coupon I purchased the banana pudding and was able to get a free sandwich, they gave me the mild and omg was it delicious! I never get the spice from any hot chicken joint cause it’s usually too spicy even with the mild but this was so flavorful and I love the flavor and spice it was just right. I also got a chocolate chip cookie 10/10 I can’t wait to come back! Keep up the amazing work! See you guys soon!

I saw this place on tiktok and thought to give it a try as a huge hot chicken fan. This place blows any other hot chicken spot out of the water. The chicken is unbelievably juicy, but it doesn’t feel heavy at all. I got the medium and the spice definitely hits you in the mouth, but the pain is so worth it. The service is second to none and the manager is so awesome and attentive when it comes to checking in with customers. Everything was so good we came back the next day and it was even better. If you’re in the state of CT or even a surrounding state, you have to check out the birdcode in Cheshire because it has given me probably the best hot chicken experience of my life

Food was good. I had the hot honey chicken sandwich. I would like to try some of the other items another time. This place was not the greatest for chicken but it wasn’t terrible either. I would rate it a 7 out of 10.

At long last BIRDCODE opened in Cheshire and it did not disappoint! The food is just as good as the other locations and the atmosphere is amazing and unique. The code bites are great for smaller appetites and the dirty sodas like the butterscotch Dr. Pepper are a perfect match! But my 2 favorite items on the menu are the hot honey chicken sandwich and the banana pudding! So good and everything is fresh. I can’t wait to go back!

I had a great experience at Birdcode. The quality of the food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything tasted top-notch and well worth it. I did have a small issue during my visit, but Esther, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. She was quick to step in, handled everything professionally, and resolved the issue right away, which really showed how much they care about their customers. Great food, great service, and excellent management. I’ll always be a loyal customer!

Great service with very friendly and kind staff. The food was very good. We ordered fries and they were very spicy, which we didn’t expect, but next time I’ll order the fries with cheese. The sandwich was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The only suggestion is to use less ice in the soda, since it came with much more ice than drink. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Wow, I can’t believe they’ve done it again. I am completely blown away by the service, the food, the quality that these BIRDCODE locations give. I wonder how incredible the mind of the owners are for them to create such a mind blowing concept. I love everything about this place. They keep everything consistent throughout all of their locations and I can’t wait to travel around the country to try them all. Hats off to the owners and the people who are a part of this!
