I felt the staff were courteous and attentive. The atmosphere was more fast food-y though and my dish was nothing more than mediocre. I got chicken and shrimp hibachi and it was just OK. I wouldn’t order it again because I was underwhelmed from the flavor and quality of ingredients. I will say however that the portions are massive so it’s a good deal for the price.

While normally I have extremely pleasant conversations and interactions here today I was deeply disappointed in the customer service by this employee. I hope here pretty regularly and order a hefty amount of food. This employee was very short with myself and my sister rushing our ordering process along. He also didn’t seem to know how to work the register and therefore his frustrations were taken out on myself and my sister. He was short, rude, demanding and overall ruined my experience and left a sour impression despite my love for the food. I hope this is resolved in the future.

Very generous portion sizes, the chicken wings are the best I’ve ever had! They’re really crunchy and have a nice flavor. We really liked the yum yum sauce it taste homemade and tasty! The yum yum sauce goes perfect with the hibachi!
