There was a food court located right by our gate at the airport so we decided to grab a quick bite to eat before our flight came. This burger spot offered classic fares such as burgers, fries, chicken tenders, and a couple desserts. We ordered directly from the kiosk and it took about 10-15 minutes to receive our meal. It’s a bit on the pricey side but the meal was definitely plentiful.
As for the meal, the chicken tenders were absolutely delicious. It came with a yummy dipping sauce that paired perfectly with the tenders and fries. The burger was seasoned very well, but it was a bit on the drier side. The fries were very fresh and crispy but it needed a little bit of salt. Overall, this is just an average burger spot with some really good tenders.

TL;DR – order at the counter. Want a quick reset to reality after being on a Disney cruise for 9 days? Eat here.
The kiosk appears to show condiments being added even when removed at the removal screen.
The quantity of chicken tenders is not listed on the 2 different tender order options (assume it’s 3 and 5?).
No sides options besides fries are available at the kiosk.
No ability to purchase fountain soda at the kiosk. Only botted drinks.
Overall, kiosk is 0 stars.
Food was ok. Truffle fries garlic aioli was hella garlicky. Wife liked it.
There was an issue with the grill, so wait times were poor, although we got our food quickly. ♂️
I won’t seek this place out in the future.
Positive: terminal A was way less of a ZOO than B. Fountain Coke Zero was tasty and I was able to get a refill (although I was given a new cup, ice and lid).

Mediocre food but the wait is insane!!! You will miss your flight. Also ordered extra lettuce/tomato and got 1 slice of lettuce and no tomato at all. Place is filthy too. Been here over an hour, no sweeping, wiping tables,… nothing. Could be worse, I guess. Server was nice.

Overall the veggie burger was pretty tasty and came out in about 5 minutes. It was pretty dead when I went. There was nobody at the counter when I arrived so I used the kiosk to order, which was relatively confusing as to what was included by default or not, as it prompted me to add toppings it supposedly already came with.
Basically didn’t interact with anybody.
Burger was priced alright, but fries and drinks are overpriced.
Tables could use a cleaning.

Terrible experience ever time at this location. If this store wasn’t in an airport it would be shut down/ the burger tasted like the burger you get at the all inclusive resort in Punta Cana at a two star resort. It tasted like it was cooked days prior, way overcooked , extra extra salt and cheap meat. They really take advantage of the travelers who needs quick service before boarding a flight.
To top it off they charge extra for no bun and have you a cheap core of the lettuce in its place.
Because of this repeatable horrible experience this was my last shot at giving them business including other locations.

Worst service experience ever. I visited BurgerFi expecting decent food and service, but what I got was pure disappointment. The staff was extremely lazy, slow, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. Orders were handled carelessly, and there was no sense of urgency at all.
What made the experience even worse was the lady manager. She was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when concerns were raised. Instead of addressing the issues, she acted annoyed and made it seem like customers were an inconvenience. A manager should lead by example, but her attitude only reflected why the staff behaved the way they did.
Poor customer service, rude management, and lazy employees. Definitely not worth the time or money. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

This place sucks. Poor service and filthy dining area. Workers complainjng that no managwr is here. After we ordered and paid thru a kiosk, they tell everyone “no fries”. I don’t see how things could be so poorly managed.

Well it’s a badly cooked burger and greasy tasteless saltiness fries, served with nasty attitudes by an incredibly slow staff. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for a bad meal. Definitely do not let lettuce and tomato.
