For some re5when we order it bounces between two stores and both times it has hit this store and they deliver there has been an issue. When you call the number it goes to someone other than the store so there is no rectifying the situation in a timely manner, you will have to wait an additional 30 minutes on top of them being behind already. When it goes to the other store on Kenosha we do not seem to have problems! Mazzios should consider allowing the store to handle their own problems versus some call center or remote person would definitely allow their stores to handle and correct issues as they arise very disappointed ever since the online order has been sending us to the Aspen location.

Google says they close at 10pm but that is only their drive thru. Their lobby closes at 9pm. We’re a family of 6 with activities that run late. We came by to do dinner and arrived about 8:25. We stood by the register waiting on someone to come so we could order and a guy from the back came up and we verified what time they closed, he assured us we would be fine to order and enjoy our meal. After about 10-15 minutes of standing there someone comes up to the register, tells us the lobby closes at 9 so they’d be taking down the salad bar and closing the drink station at that time. We asked about how long it would take to get our food and if they’d rush us out to which he replied “about 20 minutes, so around 9 and we won’t rush you out immediately” hinting they would be hovering if we weren’t ready to leave right after getting our food. As a former employee who used to happily serve customers who walked in 5 minutes before close it’s sad to see what customer service has become here.

People leave reviews when service was beyond expectations or if experience was terrible. This restaurant is filthy. The soda machine is a breeding home for mold. There is mold visible through the entirety of the machine. Tables were dirty, counters were sticky and food splashes everywhere. Windows are dirty as heck. I mean I don’t know who’s passing this restaurant. This location needs a serious deep clean.

This is my go-to Mazzios! The food is of course great, but the service is even better! The young man who works the drive thru (not sure what of his name, but it starts with an N) Nathan, or something- he is so nice and helpful!

Hope you like burnt pizza! Two of our three pizzas were burnt to a black char. We went to this location rather than the closer one because it had better reviews. We waited 10 minutes past the time they said it would be ready. I guess we know where the ten minutes went! Whomever owns these franchises must be asleep at the wheel because all of the BA ones have poor reviews. A generic response with a link to fill out a website form is probably the worst way to handle this Mazzio’s. Do better.
Update: Contacted them as they said. Waited on hold for ten minutes and was eventually offered a credit. Asked why I would want a credit for more burnt pizza and they said that’s all they could do. Also, the credit is only good for 30 days. So now my review is one star instead of two. I would recommend completely avoiding this location. Also, they have since deleted their generic “contact us at this link because we want to make it right” response since I updated my review.

Chicken is tender, and tasty. Bit pricey on the personal 9 in pizza for 9 bucks service was friendly but nonexistent had to wait at the counter and make noise to get their attention several times
Went in the early eve and only one other cust was there so it was peaceful. Salad was fresh but oranges on fruit bar were not good overall not bad but dont go out of your way to eat in maybe just find a coupon and order out.

I love me some Mazzio’s!! One of my favorite pizza spots in town, hands down. Their crust is good, their sauce is tasty, and their cheese is perfect too! Anything I’ve eaten here has been satisfying. The Calzones, the Pizza, the Dessert Pizzas…EVERYTHING! I really miss their Oreo Dessert Pizza too Wish they’d bring it back. But other than that this place is outstanding! Highly recommend you going to experience their pizza buffet too

So this happened today… luckily the employee answering the phones was super helpful and got a rush order out to me the second time. I’ll stick to pick up/dine-in from now on.

Tuesday night buffet is solid. Almost $$10 for adults but the pizza is good and the salad bar has lots of goodies to choose from and 4 kinds of ranch for the Okies that love their Ranch. My wife and I often joke that Ranch is the Oklahoma state drink
