This was my first time visiting this Panera, and I was genuinely impressed…it may be the best Panera I’ve ever been to. Max took my order and did a fantastic job making sure everything was correct, which isn’t always easy. His attention to detail really stood out.
The entire restaurant was very clean and tidy, and the overall experience was excellent. If I lived in the area, I would definitely come here more often. I had a really great experience at this location and would happily return.

The food is great but the service from staff is horrible. They always mess up my order every time I come here and it’s so frustrating. Sometimes they will attempt to double check my order (which is great) but it is still wrong after the attempt of checking my order. Panera is not cheap and the staff at this location need to do a better job of checking the orders.

OK I went here for my first time ever to this chain last week I went again today it’s phenomenal. I am now a loyal customer with registration and I cannot wait to keep giving them my business because it is very good and everybody is respectful. The place is awesome to clean. Not even worth ONE star! I haven’t been to Panera in almost 2 years and today confirmed again why I haven’t been back. I ordered chicken noodle soup which you will see in the pics is not what it looked like! The noodles were brown and the broth was discolored. Also it smelled like beef soup which made no sense at all. I couldn’t get past the brown noodles and the smell so I called and asked for a refund. The manager wouldn’t get on the phone. The store associate told me I could ONLY get a refund if I came back today even though I still have my receipt. Needless to say, not very impressed when I paid over $5 for something that wasn’t even worth 50 cents.

Great place to come and knock out some remote work related tasks. There is a limited number of power outlets for table dining. The Bar has plenty of outlets.

If I could give no stars and still be able to leave a comment I would. I found a nail in my messy put together sandwich. My husband had a half of a chicken salad sandwich and it was constructed so sloppy that he couldn’t eat it as a sandwitch. We are traveling so we couldn’t turn around and when I called no one answered the phone. It wasn’t busy when we were there, we were the only ones being waited on and two people walked in 5 minutes after we placed the order so there wasn’t a rush. Obviously I didn’t finish my sandwich after I spit out the bite that had the finger nail in it. Nasty Nasty Nasty. Poor quality, poor service, don’t waste your money if you actually care about the quality of food you are receiving. The GM needs to take notice of the staff and ensure there is quality check process in place. Someone isn’t happy with their job and it shows.

I ordered breakfast for my kids and I and the lovely lady at the drive thru gave my Chance boy a nice pup cup of whipped cream. Nice treat before his surgery tomorrow ❤️ ( He waited very patiently until we got to the window)
