Prices went up… used to be $1.90 for the Chili dogs they’re now roughly ($2.95) (just putting it out there in the reviews for anyone interested as I am often someone who looks at the reviews for price changes) and their Floats went up too… all for it to be finished in 2 sips as the ice cream to pop ratio is GARBAGE, for reference the photo shows how much ice cream was placed in the cup vs root beer! This used to be my go to for a quick bite and sweet treat… now… with me finishing my $4.10 Float, in practically 2 sips, and left with a CUP of ice cream… I could go down the road and get a quart of ice cream for less… overall I get prices are going up nationwide… but the least you could do as an establishment is make sure the ratios are worth the price! I asked for a Root Beer float… not a cup of ice cream!

I had the chilli dog combo with everything with a Vernors poq and a small bag of popcorn. You can substitute the chips for the popcorn. Everything was on ! I love the popcorn it’s so crunchy and buttery! Love, Love, Love! Please go get some, lol! Customer service is good as well. The young servers are friendly and courteous.

Ordered lunch. Was given the wrong thing. Ruined my lunch because I was starving and did not have time to go back. Called and no answer. Returned after work with receipt and items uneaten and was RUDELY and DISRESPECTFULLY treated by young manager, stating she would not be making it right (twice as i was in disbelief and asked again), that I should have brought it back before then and would be paying for a remake. Obviously NO MANNERS, management or customer service training. I won’t be back.

I ordered a small peanut butter sundae with 3x extra peanut butter and a chili dog. The chili dog was fine, but the sundae CLEARLY did not have 3x extra sauce. In fact, it was almost entirely ice cream. If that was “3x extra,” what the hell would normal look like!?!? I also did not get an itemized receipt, so I have no idea how or what I was charged for. What I do know is that it cost me nearly $10 just to be disappointed.
