If you have kids and feel like grabbing Burger King, this is the location I would highly recommend over the others in the area. The restaurant and bathroom is spacious and clean. The big plus is that they have a pretty big play place area! My little ones were over the moon when they saw that there was a playground. The only reason that I rated this BK 4 instead of 5 stars is because I waited by the register for several min with no one checking up front to take my order. Then I called for help, someone looked and saw me up front but went back to what she was doing instead of letting another staff member know. It took trying to get the attention of two more people before someone walked up to take our order. I was actually about to leave if it wasn’t for the nice lady. My kids were excited that we got to stay and eat there after all.

On 2/25/26 at 7:53A I ordered on the app and removed a sauce from the breakfast burrito when I got the order the sauce was on it so I brought it back to the store to get it fixed to then be told by Kristina that the receipt didnt show that the sauce needed to be removed and its not her problem what the app shows because its not on the receipt.
I showed her the app where ir clearly showed the removal of sauce to which she handed me the receipt and told me “I need to make sure its right on the receipt”…… not sure how i should have seen the receipt prior to getting the food since I dont work there and she never even provided a receipt until she had to proof me wrong. Unsure what the point of the app is? Bad service!

I’m giving five stars because it’s clean, fast, and the burgers are made very neatly. The staff was very polite and helped me figure out how to use the coupon. When we received our order, the burgers were assembled neatly, the french fries were cooked in fresh oil, and everything tasted delicious!

Incorrect hours listed in the app, the franchise owner of the Brandon Florida locations needs to do better. This is the third location that has had incorrect hours listed in their app, causing them to fraudulently steal my money and hold it hostage for up to a week BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE!! I don’t blame people for their mistakes, but I do expect that they pay for them.

I ordered delivery. The delivery driver was excellent. Burger King not so much. The mozzarella sticks were old as if they had been under the heat all day. The cheese was orange! The sandwiches were just slopped in the wrapping. It was nasty. We just ordered from elsewhere. Burger King went to the trash!!

This is my neighborhood burger king and i go here quite often and they have never disappointed would the freshness and quality of the food but tonight this time around was a huge shocker meat extremely cold tasted like was left out for over 2 hours cheese wasn’t even melted on my bacon king burger i got fries cold and dried out i don’t know what happened workers there were also being rude for whatever reason no smiles no how can i help you catching attitudes wow im extremely disappointed please do better!

This Burger King, serves many people stopping for dinner after a long workday. The expectation is simple: professional and kind service. My experience on October 29, 2025 failed to meet this basic standard.
The receipt lists the transaction under the name Alexis(unsure if this is her name).
I visited the drive-thru, placed my order, and presented a mail-in coupon at the payment window. The employee involved, a Caucasian woman with a larger build and a nose piercing, immediately showed severe signs of irritability and hostility simply because I had not mentioned the coupon at the drive thru machine.
She responded with an aggressive sigh, visibly rolled her eyes, and openly complained about the inconvenience. Her attitude was completely demeaning, and she then rudely instructed me on how to order next time.
This employee’s conduct and open disdain for a paying customer using a simple coupon are utterly unprofessional. Management needs to address the conduct of this employee immediately.

Well outside of watching Everybody use dirty hands on dirty rags while they handle the food in eating also while handling the food. And I watched one of the ladies coughing all over the place without covering up I should have taken off immediately the food itself was complete garbage I ordered two chicken sandwiches and some french fries though my sandwiches were well prepared they tasted like old burned grease and then when I got to my box of french fries I really really felt the disappointment check out this photo. I would go to a different Burger King like the one at MLK near Williams Road in Seffner Florida they really got their act together.

Disappointed, I try not to eat fast food anymore but nostalgia for a Whopper gets the better of me from time to time. It won’t happen again. The service was friendly but slow. The food was putrid at best, the fries were hot but you could taste how dirty the oil was. The Whopper was simply not good, mushy consistency with a stale bun and dry. I found it disappointing. It was $15.00 which doesn’t buy much anymore, but it still felt like a lot for garbage.

2117 Burger King messed up my husband breakfast order. He went back for the correction and I guess an employee was mad because when I got my order which was the 5 piece french toast sticks. It had a lot of hair in it. I took some pictures but my phone doesn’t do it justice. Never go to this establishment. Because if a person will mess up your food (I’m vegan with food allergies) on purpose. Knowing it can cause others harm and business can get sued. They need to fired. These employees act as if they don’t want to work moving slow and careless and the manager isn’t any better. This location need to be shut down or terminate all employees and just start over and truly screen when hiring. Smh. The only reason I’m living this review on Google because I can’t find this burger king building
